Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 75x25 mm mesh of weight not less than 7.75 Kg per sqm for door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using flats 30x6 mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece as per the direction of Engineer- in- charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Cutting holes of required size in brick masonry wall/stone masonry wall/cement concrete wall and fixing M.S iron hold fasts by embedding in cement concrete holes in 1:3:6.

Demolishing Cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in- charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
