Material and Labour for making good the existing Dummy/construction and damaged edges (at joints), cracks, pot holes etc. in cement concrete floor by cutting around to true vertical surfaces by using diamond cutter, chisel, etc, and removing the debris and other foreign materials to a distance exceeding 1.5KM and not exceeding 5.0 KM and depositing where directed including necessary preparation of the surfaces by cleaning the sides and bottom surfaces using compressed air (diesel driven compressor of suitable capacity) and application of epoxy resin mortar mix to the required depth with ' Nittomortar S ' (Make : FOSROC chemicals pvt ltd or equivalent in CHOKSEY/BOSTIK or Equivalent) to a true right angle all as specified by manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Item No. 1 to 5 : Contractor or his rep will attend and repair joint filling within 48 hours after receiving order from Engr-in-Charge. If failing penal recovery at the rate of Rs. 500/per day will be effected for the delay period. The amount will be recovered from the payment to the contractor from running account receipt and final bill.

M & L for one coat of Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc on roads, pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, Any colour as approved, including preparation of existing concrete surface, complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old painted marking in tarmac, using paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width. Complete cleaning off the surfaces to match with adjacent surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

S&F for angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

S&F 1mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frame exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each with shutters (W/out taking off shutters from the frames) including door and window frames with shutters each all as specified and directed

S & F framed work such as doors or gates of angle other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete drilled fro fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings ( exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging: also festering and fixing complete confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde-E=250 quality A-) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

S&F rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment as in gusset plate conforming ot Fe- 410-W-(Gde-E-250) quality A etc complete.

S&F in repair of Laths/Locking plate of 1mm in rolling shutters including removal of existing borken laths in rolling shutters with opening of bottom locking plate and number of existing laths as and where to repair the borken laths etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.etc.

Easing of exising rolling shutter and its machanisium up to its area up to 10 sqm i.e ball baring with or without removing the rolling shutter and re fix in the existing location after making operational in all purpose. Change of cost of sprting/anti choring rod/chain wheel/hand chain/Haspend staple or any other fitting required to make the operational rolling shutter is included in the coated rate. No extra shall be admissiable on that account. etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.etc. Note : Change of laths and bottom locking plates will paid separately.

M&L for preparation of Old steel or iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying one coats of Aluminium paint on Hanger doors, Structural steel works as roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats of Hangers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of read oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
