Excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, de-watering and/or removal of slush and incidentals, lift upto any heights, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs (Three meters) clear from the edge of excavation and then retuning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter)layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Cutting in earth work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto all leads and lifts including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm (Twenty centimeters) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation and any other place with in the boundary of plot complete as per directions of Engineer -in -charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement is to five sand isto ten graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth or under flooring in all depths, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering and removal of slush as required at site complete as per HPPWD specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per directions of Engineer -in -charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. Random rubble masonry/ polygonal rubble masonry (un-coursed/ brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : six sand : twelve graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimetres) nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) and curing complete, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges. Brick work using Second class common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) buildings bricks of class designation 7.5 in super-structure above plinth level upto all floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) and curing complete as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Second class half brick work using common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) building bricks of class designation 7.5 in super structure above plinth level upto all heights/floor level in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) and curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Dry Stone pitching 22.05 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing first class 2nd Class Deodar wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) and other incidentals for its completion up to all floor level complete as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and Fixing factory made uPVC door frame, made of uPVC exturded sections, of size 65 mm x 55 mm with wall thickness 2.0 mm (±0.2 mm), corners of the door frame to be mitred cut and jointed with plastic brackets and stainless steel screws, reinforcing hinge side vertical of the frames with PVC profile of Size 28 mm x 30 mm having wall thickness 2 mm (±0.2 mm), including providing & fixing 3 nos of 125 mm long stainless steel hinges to the frame, fixing the frame with jamb with required number & size of anchor dash fastners, all complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing hand rail 50mm Dia. MS hollow pipe handrail slip resistant with round ends at two levels at 75 Cm & 90cm Ht. welded to 25 cm dia MS hollow pipe which shall be welded to the baluster it should extend 30cm beyond the top and bottom of the ramp as per detail 50 mm dia MS hollow pipe baluster of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.
