| 4.00 | Day-to-day cutting & removing vines from various structures, cutting/ uprooting grass & bushes coming out from various structures, cleaning roofs & chhajjas of various buildings; etc. The job includes:
(A) Day-to-day cutting & removing vines from fences (barbed wire fencing, welded wire mesh fencing, chain link fencing, etc.), compound walls, road-side boards, parapets of culverts, and other structures, except electrical structures such as electric poles, lighting poles, transformers, etc.;
(B) Day-to-day cutting/ uprooting & removing grass & bushes coming out from road-side paver blocks, plinths of buildings/ boundary walls, pavements, etc.;
(C) Day-to-day cutting/ uprooting & removing grass & bushes from walls, roofs, & chhajjas of various buildings;

Note:
(i) All these jobs are to be carried out by the contractor as per the day-to-day instructions from the department;
(ii) The contractor is required to deploy one suitable worker daily for this job in general/ first shift. The contractor has to deploy such workers who are trained, experienced, and suitable for the job. Providing leaves to the workers is the responsibility of the contractor and the contractor is also required to deploy suitable relievers/ substitutes for the job when the worker(s) is/are on leave absent. In measurement, number of days shall be calculated as total number of manshifts (actual attendance).
(iii) Daily attendance shall be maintained at the designated place. Each worker is required to carry an ID card of some government authority (aadhaar card, voter's card, driver's licence, PAN card, etc.).
(iv) Each worker of the contractor shall be equipped with all the safety gear/ accessories required for the job including face masks (if required) (washable & re-usable), raincoats (depending upon season & weather), gum-boots/ safety shoes, gloves (washable & re-usable), etc. They shall also be equipped with basic tools & equipment required for the jobs described above, such as phawada/ belcha/ shovel, tagadi/ghamela, gardening scissors, axe, etc. Ladder required for the work is also to be arranged by the contractor. All these personal safety accessories and basic working tools are to be provided by the contractor to the workers, and there shall be no separate measurement/ payment for them.

(F) Day-to-day cleaning of open drains (bottom width upto 1.5 metres) including their covered portions in front of entrances to buildings etc. such that the floor of the drain is clearly visible, including cutting grass/ bushes on the floors & walls of the drains;
(G) Disposal of dead animals, as & when required;
(H) Daily cleaning (including washing & sweeping) of toilets & bathrooms of Guest House, Manoranjan Kendra, Water Treatment Plant, Sarwajanik Utsav Parisar, Transit Hostels, Vidya Vihar, and 33 KV Sub-Station;
(I) Daily putting the garbage, sludge, etc. at designated/ appropriate places; and
(J) Other allied jobs.
Note:
(i) All these jobs are to be carried out by the contractor as per the day-to-day complaints received or as instructed by the department;
(ii) All the drains should be cleaned every fortnight;
(iii) The contractor is required to deploy 4 suitable workers daily for this job in general/ first shift. The contractor has to deploy such workers who are trained, experienced, and suitable for the job. Providing rest days/ holidays/ leaves to the workers is the responsibility of the contractor and the contractor is also required to deploy suitable relievers/ substitutes for the job. In measurement, number of days shall be calculated as total number of manshifts (actual attendance) divided by 4.
(iv) Daily attendance shall be maintained at the designated place. Each worker is required to carry an ID card of some government authority (aadhaar card, voter's card, driver's licence, PAN card, etc.).

(C) Daily putting the garbage at designated/ appropriate places; and
(D) Other allied jobs.
Note:
(i) All these jobs are to be carried out by the contractor as per the day-to-day instructions from the department;

| 8.00 | Daily door-to-door waste collection using e-vehicle mounted garbage hopper tipper, its disposal at the designated place(s), and other allied/ similar jobs. Description of the vehicle:
(A) The vehicle shall be minimum 3-wheeler.
(B) The hopper capacity shall be minimum 1 cum, it shall be covered, and it shall have hydraulic dumping arrangement.
(C) Range (km run) per charge shall be minimum 50 km.
(D) It shall be equipped with sound system playing approved cleanliness/ garbage disposal/ sanitation related songs at sufficient volume during the entire trip(s).
(E) It must have all the required documents, such as vehicle registration, insurance, etc.
(F) It must have all the required safety features/ safety equipment in proper working conditions.
(G) The contractor is required to keep the vehicle properly maintained and cleaned regularly.
Note:
(i) The contractor is required to deploy one e-vehicle mounted garbage hopper tipper as per the above description and one skilled driver (operator) daily for this job in general/ first shift. The contractor has to deploy such workers who are trained, experienced, and suitable for the job. Providing leaves to the workers is the responsibility of the contractor and the contractor is also required to deploy suitable relievers/ substitutes for the job when the worker(s) is/are on leave absent.
(ii) The vehicle must visit every building of the Colony everyday (except on pre-decided rest days and public holidays) and every household/ establishment of the Colony must get sufficent time of at least 5 minutes to dump their garbage in the tipper, with lead not more than 25 metres (measured from main gate of the quarter/ establishment).
(iii) Measurement of this item shall be made as per the number of days this job is actually carried out. On any day, if the work is not carried out due to any reason (such as breakdown of vehicle, non-availability of driver, etc.), no measurement shall be made for this item on that day.
(iv) After completion of door-to-door waste collection & disposal, the vehicle shall be engaged in disposal of other garbage (such as from dust-bins etc.) in the remaining time of the shift. Labour for loading the garbage for this purpose is covered in separate items.
(v) Daily attendance shall be maintained at the designated place. Each worker is required to carry an ID card of some government authority (aadhaar card, voter's card, driver's licence, PAN card, etc.).
(vi) The driver (operator) must have valid driving licence and must be equipped with all the safety gear/ accessories required for the job.

(ii) The contractor is required to deploy one suitable cleaning worker daily for this job in general/ first shift along with the garbage vehicle provided in the previous item. The contractor has to deploy such workers who are trained, experienced, and suitable for the job. Providing leaves to the workers is the responsibility of the contractor and the contractor is also required to deploy suitable relievers/ substitutes for the job when the worker(s) is/are on leave absent. In measurement, number of days shall be calculated as total number of manshifts (actual attendance).
(iii) Daily attendance shall be maintained at the designated place. Each worker is required to carry an ID card of some government authority (aadhaar card, voter's card, driver's licence, PAN card, etc.).
(iv) When the garbage vehicle is not working, or if required, this worker shall assist in some other job related to sanitation, cleaning, etc.
(v) Each worker of the contractor shall be equipped with all the safety gear/ accessories required for the job including face masks (washable & re-usable), raincoats (depending upon season & weather), gum-boots/ safety shoes, gloves (washable & re-usable), etc. They shall also be equipped with basic tools & equipment required for the jobs described above, such as phawada/ belcha/ shovel, tagadi/ ghamela, etc. All these personal safety accessories and basic working tools are to be provided by the contractor to the workers, and there shall be no separate measurement/ payment for them. | 300 | day | 700 ₹2,10,000 Lowest |
