Granular Sub-base (GSB) with well graded material (Table-400.1) by mixin place method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well grade material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grade on prepared surface, mixing by mixer in place method with rotavataor at OMC, and compecting with smooth wheel roller to achive the desired density as per MORD specification 401.

Water Bound Macadam Grading - 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. (SI.No. 405.2)

Water Bound Macadam Grading - 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. Brick linning on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 7 cm wide 11 cm deep, laid with mud morter including labour and supply of brick finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in- charge

Providing laying Prime coat With Bitumen emulsion (SS-1 astm) on prepared surface of granular base inculding cleaning of road surfafe and spraying prime coat of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechnical means as technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributer at the rate of 0.30 kg. per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheele 80-100KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades complete all specified in Manual MORD technical specification clause 508 and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying seal coat by mannual means with 80/100 grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Earth work in filling by power transported earth with a lead of 200 m to 1.00 km including excavation, loading, unloading, manual compaction and dressing of the surface upto the required level & slope and all lift etc. complete.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with rofile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
