Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement treated soil subgrade, subbase, laying and spreading soil on a prepared sub grade or subbase or base, pulverising, adding the designed quantity of cement (the quantity of cement shall be more than 2% by weight of cement soil mix) to the spread soil, mixing in place with rotavator, grading with the motor grader and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base/base all as per clause 403 of the MORTH Specifications for Road and Bridge (Fifth revision published by IRC, 2013 Edition) complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for construction of granular sub-base (GSB) as filter-cum-drainage layer, 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) by providing grading V material as per Table 400-1 of the MORTH Specifications for Road and Bridge (Fifth revision published by IRC, 2013 Edition) mixing in a mechanical mix plant at optimum moisture content, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of the MORTH Specifications for Road and Bridge (Fifth revision published by IRC, 2013 Edition) complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate of grading of IRC 109: 2015 (size range 53 mm to 75 micron) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at optimum moisture content (OMC) in in mechanical mix plant carriage, carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of suitable type to achieve the desired density all as per IRC 109: 2015 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for construction of dry lean cement concrete subbase or base over a prepared subgrade or subbase or base with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 200 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with screed board concrete vibrator, finishing and curing all as per clause 601 of the MORTH Specifications for Road and Bridge (Fifth revision published by IRC, 2013 Edition) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10 cm but not exceeding 20 cm wide for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for construction of unreinforced, plain cement concrete pavement having flexural strength of 4 Mpa over a prepared subbase or base, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with screed board concrete vibrator, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation by floating, brooming with wire brush including provision for contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing all as per clause 602 of the MORTH Specifications for Road and Bridge (Fifth revision published by IRC, 2013 Edition) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints in 200 mm thick slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for forming Construction joint 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade "A" after priming the contact surfaces using suitable primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for forming contraction joint 65 mm deep X 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade "A" after priming the contact surfaces using suitable primer complete all as specified and as directed.
