Supply, fabrication and erection of MS channels for required size of cutting, welding, providing long holes and smoothly grinded and fixed in the concrete cable wall by cutting the wall suitably for fixing pannels and covering the chase in PCC 1:2:4 including two coats of enamel paint over one coat primer, transporting from work shop to control room, bolts, nuts, etc., for Panel erection including cost of all materials, leads and lifts etc., complete and as directed by Engineer at site.

Providing PCC 1:2:4 using 6 mm HBG stone over cable trench walls for the required level to match the floor tiles over the existing cable trench wall including cost of all materials, labour, curing, all leads and lifts, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 20mm thick over the screed concrete including finsihing, cost of all materials, labour, curing, all leads and lifts, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Supplying and fixing of 6mm thick chequered plates of required size with MS rod handles on both edges of each piece for lifting purpose covering the cable trench including two coats of enamel paint over one coat primer, transporting from work shop to control room, including cost of all materials, fabrication, labour charges, transporting, all leads and lifts, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m and lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders in all soils including the cost of all materials, T&P 's, leads, lifts, etc., complete. Soft disintegrated rock 20%.

Supplying and filling of river sand / M.sand for filling in the foundation and basement including cost of river sand / M.sand, filling charges as per standard specification (watering & consolidation) with all leads, lifts, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing P.C.C 1:4:8 using 40mm HBG metal for foundation and Basement as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, T&P, laed, lift, etc., complete -10M³

Brick work in CM 1:5 using chamber burnt Class II clay bricks of size 9”x4½”x3’’ for steps, super structure, etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Floor finishing in CM 1:3, 12mm thick for top of waist slab, steps and service verandah etc., including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, curing, etc, complete.

Providing, fabricating and fixing in postion MS Purlins, Posts and hand rails using 50 MM (NB) with required accessories such as but not limited to MS Angles, Channels, Pipes, flats, Square Bars, Shafts, Sheets etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of fabrication, transporting, lifting and fixing in walls rigidly with concrete PCC 1:2:4, cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, T&P, two coats of enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of Galvalume colour coated roofing sheet of 0.47mm thick of ISI make over M.S Structural frame work with necessary screws including cost of colour coated metal roofing sheet, Screws for fixing, and all the required materials, lead, lift, Labour charges, etc., complete.

Dismantling the brick wall portion of existing control room for making door opening.

Outer colour washing with two coats using ready mixed Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion (First quality - Apex or its equivalent) of approved quality and colour over a coat of exterior emulsion water based primer exterior surfaces including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt, cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift etc., complete and including necessary crack filling paste, putty whereever required.

Supplying and fixing FRP Door Sutter with FRP Door Frames made out of FRP Sheets of 3mm thick of over all size 65mm x 50mm with rebate suitably reinforced using MS Angle / Flats, cost of holdfasts and Solid Core FRP Shutter Panel of 5mm thick and hollow core frames of 3m wall thickness for styles and rails, etc., with following fixtures like (i) 300mm long hold fasts of size 35x35x5mm-6Nos, (ii) Aldrop 250mm long-2Nos, (iii) Handle 200mm long-2 Nos (Front & Back side), (vi) Tower bolts 300x12mm-2Nos, (v) Butt hinges with nylon washers (125x30mm)-8Nos, (vii) Nylon Bush-2Nos, (viii) Door stopers with rubber bush including cost of transporting, lifting and fixing, embedding the hold fasts in walls rigidly with concrete PCC 1:2:4, cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.
