Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete for 10 cum.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete for bed blocks for 10 cum

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.(MS rod or RTS bar will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recoverd at issue rate). the binding wire shall supplied by the contactor.

Providing and fixing Tar Paper for bearing Between Bed Block & Deck slab

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing

Gravel filling between body wall including cost and conveyance of gravel, labour for filling, watering and compacting etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports for all reinforced cement concrete works like lintels, beams, etc., including strutting 3M high using Mild steel sheets of size 90cm × 60cm and B.G. 10, stiffened with Mild steel Angles of size 25mm × 25mm × 3mm laid over Silver oak (cw) joists of size 10cm × 6.5cm (Spaced about 91cm c/c) including removing the same after specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers complying with relevant standard specifications Below G.L
