Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonry (Except Stone), uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Serviceable stone obtained from demolition shall be reused under this item. The rate quoted under this item is inclusive of cleaning of stone for reusing as required.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonary uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonary uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 including raking out joints of old brick work or stone work built in cement mortar: not previously plastered: and scrubbing down with water etc. to receive plaster in repair work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plain exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone wall and concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc.,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick work or stone masonary or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 300 mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete ) set in cement mortar including bedding haunching complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes class NP-3, laid and jointed complete with collar of 300 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to 300 mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in any position not exceeding 15cm thick and removing the debris to a distance not exc 50m from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping, cills etc including necessary use & waste of form work as required complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

M& L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using e-tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi-tred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

Ditto all as per above item but add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantiling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles from site.

M& L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigment over cement screed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in floors and pavings finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation of earth work in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide & depth of foundation etc or for shaft, wells, etc and n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5M in depth & getting out in any type of soil.

Returning, filling in and including sprading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated materials n exc 50m and depositing where directd at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and rmoving th debris to a distance not exceeding 50m from sit complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in cover slab and similar other articles set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over ,cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.
