Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as blasting work and saturated soil including chiselling or any other mixed vareity of soil removal of sluch and other incidentals, lifts upto any height stacking the excavated soil not more than three metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. (fifteen centimetre) thick layer when required into plinths, sides of foundations sites etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.(Three decimal fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm.(Thirty into thirty into five milimetre)so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, in all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like includind attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specifications and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(One cement isto six sand isto twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm.(Forty milimetre)nominal size)and curing complete including the cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specifications and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement isto three sand isto six graded stone aggregate 40mm.(forty milimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast and retaining walls etc. within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specification and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement isto two sand isto four crushed stone aggregate 40mm.(forty milimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast and retaining walls etc. within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specification and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement isto two sand isto four crushed stone aggregate 20mm.(twenty milimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete including form work in string courses, coping, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specification and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Square rubble masonry coursed with hard stones of approved quality in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level including racking out joints in cement concrete 1:6 (One cement isto six sand) in square and rectangular pillars including carriage of material through all modes of transporation within all leads and lifts as per PWD specification and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grattings frames, guard bars, ladders railing bracket and similar work etc. within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats( excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint other than white brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including carriage of materials through all modes of transporation within all leads and lifts as per PWD specification and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing steel barbed wire (IS 278-1962) type-I weighing 0.0938 Kg. per metre (minimum) straining and fixing to any type standard rails straining bolts lincluding securing with the posiiton of frams and mild steelwire stapples steel pins etc.(post sand struts of wood concrete etc. ad raining bolsts staple pins setrately) withn all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
