Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re use for any thickness of walls - lime concrete

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth SS.20.B

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid) For plane surfaces such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm hard broken granite stone jelly and river sand to the work including finishing and curing etc completer complying with standard specification.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the walls with two coats of best approved quality cement paint finish over existing plastered wall surface including clearing preparing the surface and curing etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)and as directed by the departmental officers .

Supplying of M.S.Grill enclosure of size 1.50 x 1.50 x 2.10 inclusive of one M.S. Grill gate of size 0.75 x 1.50 m as per specifications. The M.S. Grill enclosure should have 5 Nos. of the vertical M.S. Angle of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm for the four corners and one at rear gate. The alround horizontal ties are with three numbers of 40 x 40 x 6 mm M.S. angle one at bottom and one at middle and one at top, 16 x 16 mm M.S. Square rod are to be provided in between the vertical angles at 10 cm c/c. The gate should be of 0.75 x 1.80 m size with 40 x 40 x6 mm M.S. angle at round and one horizontal at middle including 16 x 16 mm M.S. square rod for vertical at 10cm c/c with necessary aldrop for locking arrangements. The top of Grill Enclosure should be covered with 6 Nos of MS angle of size 40x40x6mm and 13 Nos of 16x16 mm square rods. The entire should be made with bolt and nut arrangements has to attach each side separately and it can be yearly fixed at site. The cost includes all cost of materials required, labour charges for cutting threading, bolt and nuts, one coat red oxide with two coats of enamal paint etc attached with name board of size 0.90x0.60m and using 10gauge M.S plate of 6mm thick and painting two coats using first quality synthetic enamal paint etc., complete and lettering the name board with best approved quality paint and colour including labour for lettering complete as directed by the departmental officers at Thirupurambiyam,Papanasam,Orathanadu,Kurungulam(8035),Madukkur.

Fabrication, Supplying and Erection of Name Board with a clear height of not less than 2.10meters from the ground level to the bottom of the Name board and 0.6m below ground level using M.S sheet of size 120cm x 90 cm of 18 gauge stiffened with M.S. angles of size 35x35x3mm for board and supported by 2 nos of 5cm dia M.S pipe of required bolt nuts to 3.60m height.All members are given a coat of red oxide primer over which two coats of enamel paint of approved colour is given. Good quality vinyl and flex with computerized letters and text of approved size is fixed on to the MS sheet surface and the board is firmly fixed to the ground at work site and sealed with concrete complying with standard specification etc., complete for Borewell sites at Papanasam, Manayeripatti, Neelathanallur, Pasupathy kovil, Pattukkottai, Ammapet, Thiruvonam.
