Taking up centrifugal pump sets of 10 to 7.5 HP capacity installed at different locations/ installations, from its foundation, by disconnecting electrically and mechanically, transporting to a reputed workshop, dismantling, repairing/ removing of unserviceable parts and transporting back to installation complete all as specfied and directed.

M & L for rewinding electric motor of 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz AC centrifugal pump sets of 10 to 7.5 HP capacity with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing weight and size including cleaning of stator slot, winding, fixing the starter properly including varnshing and baking complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for repairing rotor assembly of 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz AC centrifugal pump sets of 10 to 7.5 HP capacity including dismantling and reassembling at site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on centrifugal pump sets of following capacities including painting of SM No. and MES No. on the pump complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machining, grinding and balancing rotor of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machining and balancing impeller of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for lowering and re-fixing submersible pumpsets of 5 to 15 HP capacity at different locations including pump set fitting, commissioning and testing after replacement of u/s part with new one under item No 8, with existing/ new coloumn pipe of 80/100mm bore as directed with cable including tightening of rope to the pump by suitable arrangment of chain pully system and connection with startor electrically and connection with pipe line including painting of pump and motor, writing of SM & MES No. on pump and motor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for re-winding of 3 phase 415 volt 50 Hz AC submersible motor of 5 to 15 HP capacity including cleaning of stator and rotor and fitting properly complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spares required to make the pumpset serviceable shall be measured and paid under item No 8.

M & L for replacement of rotor of 3 phase 415 volt 50 Hz AC submersible motor of 5 to 15 HP capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for replacement of stator of 3 phase 415 volt 50 Hz AC submersible motor of 5 to 15 HP capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor submersible cable of 4 sqmm 3 core including taking down old cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for column pipe, GI, 'C' class, for borewell, 2" dia including treading and all connected works complete all as specified and directed. Note: Taking up of motor and lowering shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

S & F star delta starter 10 HP / 7.5 kW in sheet metal enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Outsourcing to run and maintain swimming pool installation comprising of 2 Nos filltration plants with circulating pumps, blower, ozone treatment plant, connected valves and suction sweeper etc in shifts of 08 hours from 1000 hrs to 1900 hrs every day (1 shift per day) including sundays and holidays complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (a) The operater shall be ITI holder with 2 years experience in operating similar installation. (b) The shift timming may be varied maximum upto 1 hour keeping the total operation time of 8 hrs per day as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (c) Both pumps shall be operated alternatively. (d) Log sheet shall be maintained by contractor and quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of maintenance of the same. (e) Blower shall be operated as and when required for back washing the filtration plant and the rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of operating the blower. (f) The rate quoted shall deemed to be include for maintainance of water circulating pump, blower and suction sweeper, oiling, greasing lubricants and maintaince of connected valves and NRV, replacing nuts, bolts, gasket gland rope etc. (g) The ozone treatment plant blower, dryer and other equipments shall be operated/ maintained responsibly. (h) The contractor shall hand over swimming pool installation to the department in good working condition on expiry of contract period.

Note (Contd--): (j) Operators shall be provided with uniform (black pant and sky blue shirt) and the rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be inclusive of the same. If operators are found on duty without proper uniform as approved, a penalty of Rs 100 per head shall be recovered from the contractor’s due payments. (k) Necessary tools required for the above work services shall be provided to the operators by the contractor without any extra cost. (m) The contractor shall be responsible for operation of valves, retification of leakage of valves pump/pipe line etc including provision of gland packing/ rubber pack sheet etc. All activities shall be entered in log sheet.

Cleaning of swimming pool floor, side walls and steel ladders using suction sweeper fitted with nylon brush complete all as spacified and directed. Notes : (a) Suction sweeper including brush available at swimming pool installation shall be used. (b) Electricity for suction sweeper shall be provided free of cost by department. (c) Repairs to suction sweeper/ foot valves including replacement of bolts, nuts, washers and servicing of suction sweeper pump etc as and when required shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. Quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of the same. (d) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the charges for divers for cleaning the side walls of swimming pool once during every eighth cleaning.

M & L for cleaning of balancing tank floor and side walls, by scrubbing with brush for removing fungi and washing with water after removing all the sediments collected at the bottom of the tank complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and adding of following chemicals for treatment of water to keep the swimming pool water free from fungi and bacteria complete all as specified and directed.

Soda ash of approved quality Note: 3 kg soda ash shall be added to the pool during every alternative cleaning or as required and directed by engineer in-charge.

Bleaching powder of approved quality, ISI marked Note: 8 kg bleaching powder shall be added to the pool during every cleaning or as required and directed by engineer in-charge.

S & F wooden base brush, with nylon bristles of length 7 cm and 1 mm dia each, as per existing sample, suitable for suction sweeper assembly complete all as specified and directed.

S & F FPBC nylon flexible hose pipe of 40 mm outer dia, heavy duty, suitable for suction sweeper complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing fine media from filter bed by opening the filter bed, cleaning the filter media and re-filling the same including replacement of rubber gasket, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fill approved quality fine media in filtration plant complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for flushing out of borewells of 150/200mm dia and depth upto 30 to 90 m, at different locations, with air compressor untill clear water comes out from borewell complete all as specified and directed. Note: Air compressor shall be operated for minimum of 04 hours
