Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep for laying of pipes etc and getting out including cutting of grass and bushes complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well remming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unservicable pipe line CI/DI of size 150 mm dia and setting aside for reuse after cleaning including taking out lead from joints or issue in credit, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unservicable pipe line CI/DI of size 100 mm dia and setting aside for reuse after cleaning or issue in credit including taking out lead from joints, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable pipe line CI/DI of size 80 mm dia and setting aside for reuse after cleaning or issue in credit including taking out lead from joints, complete all as specified and directed. Note for item 4.00 to 6.00 :- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Existing old unserviceable pipe line CI/DI shall be disconnected only after making alternative arrangements. No supply shall be hampered in any case.

Supply, laying ,testing DI pipe lines conforming to IS 8239-2000, class K-9 (ISI mark) of size 100 mm including all fittings making connection to existing lines with spigot and socket ends including rubber ring joint (tyton joint) , complete all as specified and directed. Cleaning of CI/DI pipe of size 150mm dia removed under item No. 4 above and laying, jounting and connecting with the water supply line under and above ground, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

Note:- (i) Rate for cutting and threading of GI pipe is deemed to be included in quoted rates (ii) Rates for new GI fittings (socket, elbow, bend, union, nipples, reducers etc ) required for fixing of pipe is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in replacement of Cast Iron foot valve 80mm nominal bore , conforming to IS 4036, duly ISI marked with nut, bolts, washers and rubber gasket and fixing up in CI/DI on Water supply mains and underground sump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MS sheet cover 3mm thick, duly painted with two coats of black bituminous primer over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work, concrete surfaces at any height finished even and fair without using extra cement of , including taking down and removal outside the MoD land distance exceeding 2.5Km but n.exc 3Km complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of mild steel angle iron of any size including duly painted with two coats of black bituminous primer over a coat of red oxide primer , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MS bend 80 mm dia 45 cm long dully bended and welded to required shape complete with flanged ends including jointing materials such as nuts,bolts,washers and gaskets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic vall screwed for iron pipe of 20mm bore (minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for attending the complaint of water supply for leakage, pipe broken, line block, cleaning of pipe, float valve and all related to water supply find out the problems and rectified the same day without affective the services, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Complaint should be attend immediately in one hour and to be rectified within 04 hours. (ii) Complaint attended by specific knowledgeable person of water supply. (iii) Contractor shall provide all tools & Plants as required, (iv) In case of failure to rectify the complaints within 04 hours a panel recovery shall be made from contractor's due @Rs. 200/- per hours for each complaints.

Supply and fixing in replacement for run lead joints suitable for 150 mm bore DI pipe and fittings including jointing material such as lead, spun yarn etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement for run lead joints suitable for 100 mm bore DI pipe and fittings including jointing material such as lead, spun yarn etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement for run lead joints suitable for 80 mm bore DI pipe and fittings including jointing material such as lead, spun yarn etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement for rubber gasket joint for 150mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement for rubber gasket joint for 100mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement for rubber gasket joint for 80mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed .

Note:- (i) The tenderer are advice to visit the site before quoting their rates with prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge i.e. AGE E/M. (ii) The liability of contractor that all the repaired/serviced equipments should be made functional for 2 years from date of commencement. (iii) Please note that all the above activity included in quoted rates by the tenderer.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 197167.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
