Day to day operation work of 3 nos tubewell submersible motor pump sets as well mono block pump in jpd kherda power house premises SWM. The operation & maintenence work of same shall be executed by the qualified & sufficient expreinced oprator . The work also include the major complaint in water supply system in whole premises related with GI pipe water supply line,Valves etc (Except material cost)
Day to Day urgent complaints regarding sanitary & water supply system to be attended immediately with only T&P and basic plumbing items like adjustable pipe wrench, thread sealing tape, basin wrench, M-seal etc. The scope of work consists of day to day problems regarding water supply from submersible pump to Main tanks & other PVC tanks connected to Main tanks, Problems related to Low water pressure in toilets, Problems related to Airlock in water pipelines, Complains regarding water supply to various toilets, Minor complaints regarding Sanitary system of pipe line etc., minor complaint regarding water supply system. Supply of water shall be maintained within various JPD offices of Kherda P.H. SWM and minor complaints regarding sanitary shall be attended by the contractor at his own cost as per complaint received. This job includes attending above complaints in 8 days per month as per sufficient no. of complaints by contractor by providing related labour etc. as per direction of Engineer In-charge.
