Excavation over area, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance exc 250 m and n.exc.500 m and depositing where directed at a level. N.exc. 1.5mtr above the starting point all as specified.

Rolling of formation surfaces by 8-12 tone power roller in cutting surfacel as directed.

M & L for 150 mm Soling (or Sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber.

M & L for 150mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM laid in two layes , with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required

M&L for preparing the unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressure to remove all loose dirt complete

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10kg per 10 sq metre using paving bitumen on unsurfaced water bound macadam complete

M&L for laying and consolidating bituminous premixed ashphaltic semi-dense concrete 40 mm consolidtaed thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix by using paving bitumen (VG-30 Grade) any penetration rolled and compacted to required cambder and gradient etc. with mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 12 Tonne power roller and all as directed complete.

M&L for Precast Kerb stone in PCC (1:2:4) type B1using 20mm graded aggregate ( Size : 400 x 300 x 150 mm) set in CM (1:4) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying thermoplastic road marking paint (reflective) of specified shade or colour, 2.5 mm thick not exceeding 10cm width with glass beeds 250 gm/sqm including layout of centre line, dashes, arrows, speed breakers, writting letters etc, using hot thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispencer propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator, on road surface made free of all dirt, scales oil grease, foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs two directional CATs eyes of size 100x100x25mm made up of ABS (Astronitrilite) Butadiene Styrene engineering plastic, dynamically designed having high impact strength fitted with 02 nos highly reflective reflectors on both side, fixed on bituminous/concrete surface with suitable adhesive complete all as per manufacturers instructions. Make : Mr Illumination/3M/Aktion/Dark eye.

S&F in repairs raised reflective pavement markers Solar blinkers studs (Cat eyes) of 6 LEDs made of plastic body moulded from HIPS (Hi-impact polystrene) or ABS plastic conforming to ASTM D type 4280 type H and complying to specifications of category A and reflective panels consisting of number of lenses containing single or dual internal reflection of light entering the lens face, with height not exceeding 20mm and length and width 100mm (not exceeding surface shall be 13 Sq.cm on each face and shall preferably be 35 + 5 degree slope to base to face, fixed as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in repairs road delinators as per IRC-79-1981 (road way indicators) dual directions, retro reflective, round delinator made out of 16 gauge MS pipe 75 mm dia and of height 900mm duly powered coat painted and provided with three reflective band of colour red, white and yellow colour, 150 mm wide and50 micron thick and protected with welded wire cage including necessary excavation of size 300x300x450mm and PCC 1:2:4 type B2 foundation complete all as directed.
