Widening and strengthening of Meerut-Mawana-Pauri road from Chainage 5.800 to 7.700 and Chainage 7.900 to 11.500 ODR

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam (Grading-1) with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG 10 @ 4.0 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.( for widening portion )

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam (Grading-2) with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.2 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG- 40 @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Dismantling Brick / Tile work / rubble masonary/ pitching/ etc.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Supply and Laying 1000 mm dia NP3 hume pipe and filling the joint with cement and spun yarn including cost of all material, labour T&P and all taxes.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand (Zone -III) drived from natural sources: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) rate as per DSR no 4.1.8

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD 500(D) bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Painting with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even sade two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suiatable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufature rate as per dsr no 13.62.1

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete with local sand as per drawing and MorthTechnical Specification Clause no. 710.1.4.of IRC:78 & 2200

Supply and fixing of 100 mm dia PVC pipe including supply of all material labour T&P etc complete (As per PWD SOR 22)

Providing and laying of interlocking tiles concrete block pavement having thickness 80 mm with 3 cm compacted fine sand bed as per drawings and technical specification as per direction of Engineer in charge

Compaction of embankment with approved materials diposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of outher structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2.

Construction of Embankment / Patri with Material obtained from Borrowpits. Cartage 3.00 km Construction of embankment / patri with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.
