Name of the work : 1. Strengthening the road from Kannimanuthu to Appanampatti road , Km 0/00 - 2/400( R-26 ) H/O Silvarpatti . Estimate amount : Rs. 128.10 Lakhs

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Excavation for Road Work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers ,trimming, bottom and size slope in accordance with requirements of lines ,grades and cross -sections and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 1000m as Per Technical Specification clause 302.3

Picking the Existing BT surface with 5cm thick iuncluding all cost of Labour charge etc complete.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Providing Bituminous Macadam (BM) for 50mm thick incluiding all Machinery and Labour Charge etc complete.

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Providing & Laying gravel for side bermes including all cost and conveyance of all material and labour charge etc complete

Supply of Hectameter stone of size 0.9 x 0.15 x 0.15 meter

Supply of Kilometer stone of size 1.65 x 0.45 x 0.15 meter

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including all cost, conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Cement concrete 1:3:6mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including all cost, conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Cement concrete 1;2:4 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including all cost, conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and erecting centering for sides and soffits including support and strutting up to 3.29m high for plane surface such as using mild steel sheets of size 90X40cm and BG for stiffened with welded mild steel angle of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid ov (BELOW SILL)

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works including cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Back filling with Good gritty gravel behind the Abutment & inbetween the wings including all labour charges etc., complete.

Provision for Expansion joint inbetween the dirt wall & Deck in Abutment and inbetween deck in Pier in standard specification

Providing and laying Kraft paper barring between deck slab and bed block to the full width of seating

Providing Weep Holes in Brick masonry/stone masonry/ reinforced cc wih 100mm Dia AC pipe extending through the full witdh of the struction with standard specification.
