Following work is to be carried out for 2x10MVAR capacitor banks installed at 132KV Substation Amawan under ETD, Raebareli-
Providing, Fixing & Installation of General instruction board for capacitor bank operation of size 4ft x 3ft duly made of 02mm thick alumunium sheet with side border and with proper fixing arrangement to be fixed inside the control room. The face of board shall be fully covered with 3M Vinyl sheet of Red colour and having letters computer cuts self Adhesive 3M Vinyl sheet of White colour.
Providing, Fixing & Installation of General instruction board for operation & maintenance of size 4ft x 3ft duly made of 02mm thick alumunium sheet with side border and with proper fixing arrangement to be fixed inside the control room. The face of board shall be fully covered with 3M Vinyl sheet of Red colour and having letters computer cuts self Adhesive 3M Vinyl sheet of White colour.
Providing, Fixing & Installation of danger plate of size 300mm x 200mm displaying sign of skull and cross bones and lettering of "Caution 33000 Volts" duly made of 2mm thick alumunium sheet with face to be fully covered with white colour 3M HIP Retro reflective sheet and the letters shall be computer cut Red colour 3M HIP Retro reflective sheet. Danger plate to be fixed with the help of suitable size GI bolts, nut on already installed cage of capacitor bank structure.
Providing, Fixing & Installation of Prohibited Area Board of size 300mm x 200mm lettering of "Restricted Area/No Entry" duly made of 2mm thick alumunium sheet with face to be fully covered with white colour 3M HIP Retro reflective sheet and the letters shall be computer cut Red colour 3M HIP Retro reflective sheet. Prohibited Area Board to be fixed with the help of suitable size GI bolts, nut on already installed cage of capacitor bank structure.
Providing, Fixing & Installation of name plate board for isolator, breaker, cell (of capacitor bank) of size 450mm x 300mm duly made of 3mm thick Blue colour Acrylic sheet and having letters computer cuts self Adhesive 3M Vinyl sheet of White colour(09 Nos. for isolator, 03 Nos. for breaker, 06 Nos. NCT, 09 Nos. for CT, 03 Nos. for PT, 18 Nos. for cell)
Providing of Shutdown board of size 300mm x 200mm duly made of 3mm thick White colour Acrylic sheet and having letters with computer cut self adhesive 3M Vinyl sheet in Red colour with proper arrangement for hanging for C&R Panel of capacitor bank (ABB make).
Cutting, straightening & laying of following MS 25 mm x 6 mm size Flats for earthing of cable trenches including welding with main earthmat and with the object to be earthed excavation of trenches its back filling painting and all other associated work to complete the earthing work satisfactorily as per technical specification. (MS Flat will be provided by the department)
Painting of all sizes of M.S. flat/strips above ground with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enameled green Japan paint after thorough rubbing and cleaning of strips including the cost of paint.
