Construction of 13 garages and 13 servant qtrs near Officers' Md Accn with permanent specification RCC framed structure complete all as specified and as shown in drgs. Details of garages and servant quarters are as follows: GARAGES (a) 3.40 m x 5 60 m (O/O size) for Accn 01 x garage at three different locations. (b) 6.42 m x 5.60 m (O/O size) for Accn 02 x garages at one location. (c) 12.475 m x 5.60 m (O/O size) for Accn 4 x garages at two different locations. SERVANT QUARTERS (a) 6.135 m x 7.145 m (O/O size) for Accn 02 x quarters at one location. (b) 10.651 m x 7. 145 m (O/O size) for Accn 03 x quarters at one location. (c) 13 915 mx 7 145 m (O/O size) for Accn 4 x quarters at two different locations. Notes: (i) The internal services viz. water supply & Elect supply shall be measured and paid separately. (b) The connecting/ required items w.r.t internal water supply & internal electric supply which are not covered in the schedule here-in-after shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft loose soil.

M&L for approved earth filling, earth obtained from out side of MoD land by rough excavation not exc 1.5 m in soft / loose soil and removing excavated soil to a distance exc 5 km up to total distance 15 Km and depositing where directed and spreading and levelling in layers n.exc 25 cm thick.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified.

S&F for 15mm dia tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors , wall etc ( surface or concealed type) all as specified and directed.

S&F for 20mm dia tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases , pining in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc, and cutting chages for concealed water tubing etc. making good, cutting not exc 10 cm gith in brick wall/concrete complete all specified and directed.

S&F for 15mm dia bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, chromium plated, fancy type, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore stop valve fancy type chromium plated with long shank and cup (Concealed type) cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions all as specified and directed.

S & F for angular stop cock 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F gun metal globe or gate valve 20mm bore. with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed.

S&F for chromium plated shower roses with or without swivel joints, any size, including fixing to steel pipe or union complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hardcore guage n.exc 63 mm , deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rolled / rammed to a true surface.Brocken stone or Boulders 100 mm thick.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate)in flooring finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre-polished coloured machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block rubber moulded type any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 complete all as directed.

M&L providing cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in coping all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation

S&F for 50mm dia tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

S&F for 25mm dia tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

Cutting cast iron pipes and reducing to required length before laying, in position for insertion of new tees, branches, etc up to 150 dia bore.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m deep for foundation etc or shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, holes etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plain and n. exc 1.50m depth and getting out in hard / dense soil.

M&L for plain cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concretye type D-2 1:4:8.

M&L brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6

M&L 1:2:4 type B-1 in coping and benching in MHs including use of necessary form work as specified.

M&L for providing pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 in cover slabs (for manholes etc) and similar articles with plane and set in cement mortar 1:6

Extra over for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends.

S&F TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for coloumns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.

All as per Srl Item No. 28 here-in-before but bars 10mm dia

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or brick work and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specifed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 for 150 mm dia.

S&F 150mm internal diameter salt glazed stone ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified of 150mm.

S&F salt glazed stoneware gully traps, square 150 x 150mm or round mouthed type including jointing to drain pipes in cement mortar 1:1 including all earth work, concrete in beds surrounding kerbs and CI gratings.

RFR including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm in soils

S&F for LLDPE Septic tanks, on site LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation and necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc, complete for fixing in any type of including connection etc vent shaft complete upflow filter including media. etc, complete for 20 users.

Construction of soakage wells excavation, and necessary eart work in any type of soil, foundation in plain cement concrete 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonary in cement mortar, RCC cover slab in M-25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.20 Mtr dia x 3.00 mtr deep. Note:- As per drwaing kept in E-6 of GE Barrackpore(As applicable).

Supply, laying, testing LT cable, XLPE insulated, galvanized steel strip armoured, 1100Volts grade with multistranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 6 sqmm, 4 core laid in trenches/through pipes/ ducts/walls/Boaring and including necessary cable lugs and glands,nuts,bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earthwork and excavation shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, testing LT cable, XLPE insulated, galvanized steel strip armoured, 1100Volts grade with multistranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 4 sqmm, 2 core laid in trenches/through pipes/ ducts/walls/Boaring and including cable connections with necessary aluminium lugs duly crimped properly and stainless steel glands,nuts,bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earthwork and excavation shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for brick sub class 'B' 250mm x 115mm x 75mm and laid in trenches as in protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling in and spreading unwashed river sand for cushioning and covering the under ground cables in trenches upto 23 cm and punning to 18 cm complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickess i.e. 18 cm shall be measured for paymeny purpose.
