Supplying, laying, fixing, jointing and testing LT under ground XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with alumimium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm x 4 Core, IS 7098 marked, with electric connection lugs, laid in trenches/under floor or fixed naked with walls / on poles/ in ducts / in GI pipes etc. and including taking down complete all as specified and directed. Note - Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, PCC cover and GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying GI pipe 'light grade' 40 mm bore in trenches, under floors, roads, along poles for protection of cables with all necessary fittings and sealing ends complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair LT Pin type insulator, porcelin, vitereous (single disc assembly), white, brown or green 100 mm height and 65 mm dia, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and galvanised nuts suitable for working pressure of 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair LT shakle type insulator, porcelain, viteous white, brown or green 100 mm height and 115 mm dia section of straps 31 x 5 mm with 14 mm dia of bolt, ball and socket type with clamp suitable for the conductor of required size and working pressure 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for laying of cables, pipes etc. and getting out all excavated material in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of locally available river sand in trenches below and above / around UG cable for cable protection, in duct under & above the cables including punning around cable complete all as specified and directed. Note - Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply and laying unreinforced PCC Cable protection cover, class LV, type-1 flat with size 250 x 150 x 40 mm laid flat width wise complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling (Horizontally) existing road (maximum 10 mtr wide) suitable for passing GI tubing complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI tubing shall be measured and paid separately.

Trimming / lopping of tree branches touching LT/HT OH lines not exceeding 30 cm girth, shrub, vegetation, bushwwod and saplings at least upto 2 mtr from outer edge of ACSR including removing of braches of trees etc. to a distance exceeding 100 mtr and not exceeding 150 mtr complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Linear length centre to centre of the poles shall only be measured. (ii) Shutdown wherever required shall be informed well in advance to Engr-in-Charge who shall make necessary arrangement.

M&L painting of LT 09 mtrs long steel pole with cross arm and clamp of any length and shape for LT over head line with two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of existing surfaces and marking pole no. in a 15 cm dia yellow circle and marking 03 nos. black and 02 Nos. white bands/ strips with 30 cm wide fluorescent paint from bottom of pole up to 1.5 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT outdoor type Panel board (CPRI Approved) of sutiable size, Kiosk type, factory assembled and fabricated and of suitable size angle iron, channel and MS sheet 3 mm to 3.15 mm thick (inner compartment is 2.0 mm thick) double door type, front and rear openable with locking arrangement and duly prewired with colour code three phases and netural for 415 volts, 50 Hz electric supply with and including suitable sizes of cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables cubical type duly powder coated over a coat of primer and metallic paint of approved colour, grouting of panel 100 cm above the ground level by provising 120 cm long angle iron frame bottom of panel 40 x 40 x 5 mm thick, welded on all four corners, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate upto 50 cm and grouting the panel board on and including suitable size foundation structure with the following components.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Aluminium conductor steel reinforced, including jumfering etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of cross arms bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spraying chemical (Glycel /roundup and chemical composition Isopropyl amine salt of glyphoeate a.i.-40.60%, surfactant inert polyoxy ethylene amine 15.00 % & manufacturing Impurities 4.00% ) on area to remove unwanted vegetation / grass at various locations as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes - 1. Labour and equipments to spray chemical on required area are inclusive in quoted rates. 2. Spray will be repeated quarterly or as per the directions of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip of size 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, all as shown in electrical plate no. 3 of SSR Part - 1, connected to earthing test point and complete all as specified and directed. Supply and laying Aluminium strip 25 X 4 mm main earthing lead complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Galvanised strip 32X 6 mm main earthing lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing with 2 inch wide letters of SM / MES No. with stencil - as per sample complete all as specified and directed. Note - Writing up to 30 nos. letters count will be counted as one job.

M&L for cleaning the area including uprooting of weeds / grass and removing creepers from fencing or pole/posts and brooming the complete area of substation around panels, transformers and four pole structures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to old chain link / MS XPM fencing and steel sections post with two coats aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red-oxide including preparation of old steel or iron surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair / servicing of LT Panel board including of locking arrangement and independent duly prewired with colour code three phases and neutral for 415 volts, 50 Hz electric supply with and including suitable sizes of lugs nut bolt washer, including indictor lamp, voltmeters and ammeters, two coats paint after a coat of primer including angle iron frame bottom of panel, including welding of panel if necessary including replacement of unserviceable component ;- Note - Spares will be measured and paid separately as supply only items.

Supply only Indicator lamp LED type (set of three) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Ammeter LED type up to 400Amps as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, fixing, jointing and testing LT services cable heavy duty electric cable with copper conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 2.5 sqmm 3 core, ISI marked, with electric connection lugs, fixed naked with walls / on poles/ on high mast / in GI /PVC pipes etc. and including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, fixing, jointing and testing LT services cable heavy duty electric cable with Aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 sqmm 3 core, ISI marked, with electric connection lugs, fixed naked with walls / on poles/ on high mast / in GI pipes etc. and including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

Laying, fixing, jointing and testing LT under ground XLPE insulated, cross sectional area 50 Sqmm to 300 sqmm of 3.5 core with electric connection lugs, laid in trenches/under floor or fixed naked with walls / on poles/ in ducts / in GI pipes etc. and including taking down complete all as specified and directed. Note - (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection bricks/tiles/ block, clamps, nuts, bolts, washers and pipe shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) LT cable shall be issued under Sch 'B' "Free for fixing only". (iii) The cable taken out shall be deposited to MES store.

M&L for replacement of Blue Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) of exterior grade (without frame). The composite panel should consist of 3 mm thermoplastic core of LDPE sandwiched between 2 skins of 0.5 mm thick aluminium sheet (alloy designation 310S) making a total panel thickness of 4 mm. The surface will be furnished with Lumiflon based flourcarbon coating on top sides and service coating on reverse side. Coatings shall conform to specifications of ECCA / AAMA and conforming to the mechanical properties of panel as per detailed technical specifications. The ACP shall be printed with letters and emblem as per given font and format rectangular shape as per actual size given at site complete all as specified and as directed. Note - The colour and font of letters shall be approved before fabrication.
