REPAIR TO CERTAIN ROADS AND PATH INCLUDING RENEWAL OF RAOD FURNITURE IN TECH AREA AT AF STN PUNE UNDER GE (AF) LOHEGAON

Repairs to pot holes any depth not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water ,scoring sunken surfaces in roads ,path etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat at 5 Kg per 10 sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam , binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber consolidated thickness 75mm (75mm thick or less) with 4% of binder content (VG-30) with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparaing old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and M&L applying evenly a primer /tack coat using paving bitumen VG- 10 @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Bituminous Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using camputerised Hot mix plant mechnical paver and power roller of capacity 8 to 10 Tonne etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- (i) Filing of any pot holes (comming in the area to be re-carpeted) in the above item not exc 30mm depth by material of premix asphaltic semi dense concrete is deemed to included in the quoted rate

M&L for thermo plastic paint marking 2.00mm thick in centre line, stop line , dashes , arrows, brackets and similar work etc 10 cm wide on road surfaces as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved quantity and make with 8% glass bends laid at temperature 160 degree centigrade witha special applicator machine complete all as manufacture's instructions and traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L 100mm thickness for moorum/red bajri in layers n. exc 15 cm thick, spread, rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Metal guide post with Delineator high performance of approved make with 2 Nos 100mm dia reflectors of highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on MS pipe 50mm dia duly powder coated, height not less than 800mm (approx) including taking down of existing one and fixing the new post in PCC 1:3:6 complete all asspecified in manufacturing instructions and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Metal guide post with 120mm Solar Delineator high performance of approved make mounted on MS pipe 50mm dia duly powder coated and fixed with anti theft steel net , height not less than 800mm (approx) including taking down of existing one and fixing the new post in PCC 1:3:6 complete all as specified in manufacturing instructions and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Solar Reflective Struts of size 103 x 103x 23mm with 04 Nos of 5mm dia LED approved Make including fixing with approved adhesive / fastener on road including removing of existing onecomplete all as specified in manufacturing instructions and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Cat Eye white / yellow colour of approved make (Road Stud) made of poly-carbonate moulded body with electronically welded prismatic retrolange on both sides for maximum retro reflection in wet and dry condition to be fixed with bituminous adhesive BT-69 in complete all asspecified in manufacturing instructions and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
