Note for Item No.15:- (i) New refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant items. However the T&P and labour charge deemed to include the unit rate quoted above. (ii)Once the gas charged in it, it should hold in the system minimum six months if any gas leaked from the system the contractor as to charge the gas upto required level on free of cost and No extra cost on this account shall be claimed. (iii) Leakage test on each complete unit shall be measured separately.
