Taking down old unsv light fittings of any type (garden lights, street lights, flood lights, solar street lights etc) and at any location for taking into credit complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs sheet moulding compound (SMC) junction box, of existing size at site, for LT poles, suitable for terminating 2 Nos 4 x 6/10/16 Sqmm UG electric cable including 2 nos cable glands and 1 no two way connector, including 01 MCB SP 6 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking out old unserviceable LT cable of any size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing LT UG XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables with multistranded aluminium conductor of 4 core 10 Sqmm sizes, 1100 volts grade, confirming to IS 7098 Part-1 1988, including centre glands, lugs, jointing materials etc, laid in trenches or fixed to wall includung connecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earthwork, PCC, covers and cushions shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule

Supply and lay GI tubing of 40 mm dia bore, light grade, ISI marked, galvanised, laid in trenches for cable protection including fittings such as bends, elbows, reducers etc including taking down existing GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft disintegrated rock for laying and taking down UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick using excavated soft disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying fine dry river sand to entire width of trench as cable cushion in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover for cable protection, class LV, type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations for pole and stay, filling and mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs LED street light fitting, 45 watt, IP 65, die cast aluminium housing, heat sink heat toughened glass, with suitable electronic driver with min 4 KV surge protection, voltage range of 140 -300V AC and connecting with existing supply including all accessories for fixing on pole/ wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs LED flood light fitting, 200 watt, IP 65, die cast aluminium housing, heat sink heat toughened glass, with suitable electronic driver with min 4 KV surge protection, voltage range of 140 - 300V AC and connecting with existing supply including all accessories for fixing on pole/ wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs LED flood light fitting, 100 watt, IP 65, die cast aluminium housing, heat sink heat toughened glass, with suitable electronic driver with min 4 KV surge protection, voltage range of 140 - 300V AC and connecting with existing supply including all accessories for fixing on pole/ wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs outdoor luminaries, energy saving, post top, environment friendly with long life, aesthitically designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium landscape luminaire with IP 65 protection and light power LEDs as light source, 35 watt including LED lamp, fixed on 50-65mm dia GI tubing with suitable reducer and connecting with 3 core flexible 1.5 sqmm cable to SMC box including necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed. S & F in repairs 3 core 2.5 sqmm copper stranded conductor flat cable for connecting light fittings, drawn through PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 20 mm non-metallic PVC rigid conduit for connecting street lights from DB to fittings including fixing on pole with suitable accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs nature time switch of 3 phase, 5 KW/phase with manual and auto function, for street lighting, including nature light sensor, suitable capacity contactors, MCBs for incoming and outgoing circuits totally enclosed in water/dust proof SMC box with viewing glass arrangement fixed on ploe/wall along with clamps, nut & bolts etc complete including testing and commissioning of timer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 4 pole contactor with continuous current rating of minimum 50 Amps, 440 volts AC including 4 pole auxillary contacts for fixing in AMF panel/ street lighting highmast panel including all connections complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pruning of tree branches covering LT over head line between pole to pole complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Pruning of branches over LT OH line between two poles shall be treated as one job. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of ladders and tools for pruning.

Repairs and maintenance to high mast lights including movable arrangement, gear section, motor repairs, toggle mechanism and overhauling mechanism including repair and replacement of wornout and unservicable parts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old cement coated surface of RCC LT pole above ground level including coping and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement primer as per existing colour including writing pole numbers/ letters in white paint around in 12 cm black background complete all as specified and directed.
