Note: Permission to shutdown of electric supply to the panel to be taken from MES before commencement of work.

M&L for LT cable fault rectification upto 240 sqmm X 3.5/4 core by using Fault locator machine to detect fault and rectify the same incl T&P & items ie lugs,tape etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade for straight through joint complete with jointing material and accessaries suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE armourd aluminium conductor cable of following size after detaction of fault location complete all as specified and directed. Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested, automatic power factor control panel (APFC Panel) cap-40KVAR out door type, cubical front opening type, The panel shall be of protection class IP-54 and made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet ineer & outer (both) and MS angle 40x40x6 mm thick frame, power coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer,copper bus bar 4P 200Amp rating including internal wiring from bus bar to capacitor shall be carried out by 16 sqmm FRLSH copper conductor wire and 2.5 sqmm for other items ie fan,indicator etc.

M&L for disconnection of LT panel incl LT cables of size upto 240Sqmm X 3.5/4core from existing foundation and reconnection with same panel after taking necessary corrective action to lift the panel height incl excavation and taking down existing cable with loop, providing new AL lugs and cable gland of appropriate size,insulation tape etc to restore electric supply incl necessary iron work to modify height of existing LT panel upto 1.2 Mtrs above existing level incl necessary welding work,nuts & bolts and 2 coat of paint with existing color over one coat of primer and required necessary PCC work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: PCC shall be measured & paid separately under respective item.

Supply, fabricate and Install as in replacement of double sided glow sign board of size 1.5 mtr x 1.2 mtr x 40 cm, made out of 25 mm bore MS pipe 'H' frame, covered with PGI sheet 24SWG gauge on all sides except front side, front side with flex sheet duly digital print embossing as directed by Engineer-in charge showing location /details of power house /tech area as directed and writing of letters (Block, Roman, Italic), in two or three rows, the same letters should be printed on both sides of the sign board, fixed with aluminium equal angle 25 x 25 x 3 mm thick fixed with screws and providing inside LED tube light fittings 1 x 9 Watt - 4 Nos for glowing the sign board at night with necessary internal electrical connections fixed on wall/pole and the sign board shall be fixed with MS channel 40 x 40 x 4 mm thick by means of nuts, bolts and grouted in ground up to 1.5 Mtr above GL and 0.45 belew GL with 50 mm dia GI pipe stand embedded in PCC bed block of size 300x300x450mm with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and the MS frames/pipes shall be given two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed
