REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF LT PANEL FEEDER PILLAR BOX, AMP PANEL AND OTHER CONNECTED WORK AT TECHNICAL AREA UNDER GE (I) RnD PASHAN

Supply, install test and commissioning in repair of LT Panel Board CPRI approved cubical with KIOSK type made of 3.15 mm thick outdoor type with IP 65 grade of protection dustproof and vermin proof with ingress pretection CRCA sheet, powder coated, with support of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron bottom frame with double hinged rear openable shutters of each feeder control unit with locking arrangement in front and back openable inspection doors PVC sleeved aluminium bus bar of capacity 600 Amps- 04 Nos, for each phases and neutral fixed on suitable insulator all housed in suitable bus bar chamber and provision and fixing of digital Voltmeter,Ammeter with built in selector switch, CTs of suitable ratio, and pilot indication lamps complete along with provision of necessary cable entry/exit boxes for all incoming and out going cables with suitable cable glands etc fixed on suitable PCC foundations complete testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed and shall be consisting the following (i) Incomer (a) MCCB 4 pole thermal/magnetic setting, 400 Amp, 415 Volts 50 KA– 01 No (b) Bus bar chamber with electrolytic aluminium bus bar suitable for 600 amps capacity for 3 phase and neutral (all connection inside the panel shall be through aluminium strip) connected duly supported with FRP insulators including colour code heat shrieked insulating sleeves - (ii) Out going (a) MCCB 4 pole 200 Amp, 415 Volts 36 KA – 01 Nos (b) MCCB 4 pole 125 Amp, 415 Volts 36 KA – 04 No (c) Panel mounted type digital multifunctional energy meter A, V, Z, KW, PF CT operated, LT 3 phase, 4 wire - 01 No (d) LED type indicating lamp for phases and neutral Note: All MCCB having Spreader links with direct Rotary handles.

Supply install testing and commissioning in replacement of 22 KV outdoor type Polymer based gang operated air brake switch triple pole, suitable for verticle mounting complete with GI operating rod of suitable length for operating mechanism worked from ground level complete in both OFF and ON positions, for current rating upto 200 Amps,each pole consist of galvanised steel base HT insulators as per BSS/ISS non ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to brake magenetizing current of the transformers. All ferrous parts hot dipped galvanised and non ferrous parts heavelly tinned to withstand weather complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixed in replcement of Polymer based dropout fuse unit complete set suitable and including for 22 KV, HT outdoor and dropout type of capacity 200 Amps including jumper connections with copper flexible designed jumper and testing and commissioning all as per the directions of Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix in repair of MCCB 4pole, 630 Amps, 50 KA, 415 volts, over load and short circuit protection, adjustable thermal -magnetic release type complete all as specified and directed.
