Supply and fix "MS slipon flange as per ASA 150# B16.5" of thickness not less than 6mm complete all as required and as directed for the following sizes :-

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m depth for laying of pipe lines, valve chambers, man holes etc including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms thick in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 59m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of road up to a size not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m depth for laying of water pipe lines making good the disturbed surfaces so as to match with existing finishing with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and cement motor in 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix DI bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps, tail pieces and plugs complete all as specified and directed.

Burning out lead joints of the existing CI mains in position including removing old lead carefully without damaging the pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed for the following of pipes:- Note for item Nos 15.01 to 15.04: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant items of BOQ.

Labour only for taking out suction pipe from sump of any capacity, dismantling of foot valve of capacity 80 mm to 200 mm size screwed / flanged type and relowering after refixing in position the same duly cleaned / minor repair if any required such as replacement of rubber gasket/ lifting bolts & nuts including making thread for the suction pipes off sizes etc complete all as required and as directed.

Labour only for opening of top cover of sluice valve of sizes as under including gland cover, taking out stem with nut of brass/SS and refixing the same after replacement of rubber and nuts/ bolts/ glands dori etc of appropiate sizes :- Note for item No. 24.01 to 24.04 :- (i) Temporary arrangement for dead plate till repair time of stem/stem nut shall be made by the contractor and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Repair to stem/stem nut shall be paid under separate item.

S&F in repairs CI foot valve/NRV heavy duty leather sheet suitable upto 150mm dia GI suction including replacement of nuts, bolts washers, gaskets and flanges etc. complete all as directed and specified.

Supply only pig lead, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only lead wool, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only spun yarn complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix "Flap for NRV inculding leaver, door, Hinge pin" complete all as required and as directed for the following sizes :-
