S/R to Outpost building at Godipada for the year 2025-26

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil in the structures upto 3m depth as per drawing and technical specification clause 1104 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved materials including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering & ramming with cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and cost of labour, T&P, etc. required for the work complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of cement concrete of prop. (1:3:6) using 4cm size black hard granite crusher broken stone aggregate including watering, curing and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of unreinforced plain cement concrete pavement of M-30 Grade using 20mm and down graded size black hard granite crusher broken stone chips including hoisting, lowering, laying & compacting concrete, watering & curing for 28 days with centering & shuttering & finishing the exposed surface, smooth providing grooves for beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. but excluding cost of M.S.Rods or Tor Steel

12 mm. thick cement plaster in c.m.(1:6) over wall surface in all floors at all height with approved grade of cement and with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of brick masonry walls after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration,DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount, cost of all labour, T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete with providing grooves as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing 06mm thick cement mortar(1:4) to RCC surface finished smooth including closed deep chiping and slury treatment including watering, curring with cost,conveyance, roylity of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration,DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Chequered tiles in floors, treads or steps and landings on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury, mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost, conveyance of precast tiles, labour charges, T&P etc.required for the work complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantalling and removing 2.5cm thick A.S flooring, cleaning the surface, lowering and removing the debris within 50mtr lead including stacking the useful materials for resue including cost, conveyance, of all materials, labour charges,T&P etc. required for the work complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of vertified tiles in floors of size 600mm x 600mm coloured/printed series (Homogenous) of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of requied thickness of 10mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost, conveyance of precast vertified tiles & other materials with all labour T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of vertified tiles of size 600mm X 600mm plain (Ivory) in dados, skirtings and risers of steps on 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury, mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost, conveyance of precast tiles, labour charges, T&P etc.required for the work complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railling using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90mtr C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in staircase as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, of all materials, labour charges, T & P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying , fitting,fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminium section 151-154, 151-155, as windows frame section No.151-155, 151-153 and 151-167 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement with all fittings, cost conveyance of all materials, taxes, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
