SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ E/M WORK]

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating sets, 82.5 KVA DG Set, 105 BHP Power rated 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50Hz, 1500 RPM engine, liquid cooled complete (as per OEM design), standard control panel with necessary meter, acoustic sound proof canopy as per MoEF/ CPCB norms, fuel tank, battery & leads, residential silencer, AVM pads and mounted on MS fabricated base frame painted in corrosion resistant paint, including all fittings/ fixtures as per OEM and first fill of lube oil, complete all as specified in the particular specifications and as per OEM's instructions comprise following:- Diesel Engine: Engine should be 4 cylinder, liquid cooled, CPCB Emission Norms , 4 stroke, 50 cycles, 1500 RPM developing 105 BHP confirming to BS : 5514 & suitable for continious running fitted with Electronic Governer with safety features of LLOP & HWT etc, 12 Volts electric starting system and fitted with standard accessories as per OEM standard scope of supply. The Engine will be provided with GCU cum ECU and the same will be fitted on control panel. Alternator: Alternator of 82.5 KVA, three phase, 415 Volts, 1500 RPM, 50 Hz, 0.8 lagging PF self excited, self regulated, Class "H" Insulation, IP 23, Enclosure, Regulation ± 1% Single Bearing type suitable for operations upto 40 Deg C Ambient Temperature and 1000 Mtrs altitude as per Manufactures Standard scope of supply. Control Panel: ‘STANDARD MANUAL CONTROL PANEL’ suitable for 82.5 KVA THREE PHASE D.G Set and Fabricated out of 14/16 gauge MS Sheets, Front hinged for indoor use, cubical type, dust and vermin proof with TPN Aluminum bus bar chamber, complete with internal wiring, ferrules, name plates, painting etc., generally consisting of the following:

ITEM NO. 02 Cont....... (a) One suitable capacity M.C.C.B. (b) Set of Current Transformers of suitable rating (c) Set of Start Stop Relay (d) Set of Connecting Terminal (e) Set of HRC Control Fuses / MCB. (f) Indicating lamps for “D.G ON” & “LOAD ON” (g) Micro –processor based Integrated DG controller GCU with built-in-Remote Auto START / STOP facility mounted in the facia of the control panel with a large 4 Line LCD display panel with the continuous scrolling features of display parameters, Audio-visual warning and Shut down with Audio-Visual annunciation. General Arrangement: The Engine will be directly coupled to Alternator in order to form a compact arrangement and both the units will be mounted on Anti Vibration Mountings and fitted to suitable fabricated Base –Frame. Fuel Tank is built-in with easy access for fuel fill and removal for cleaning & Fuel piping. Control Panel is also fitted inside the Canopy with excellent visibility through a hardened glass inspection window. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: The Aesthetically designed Acoustic Enclosure is manufactured as per OEM approved designed with CRCA Steel which is both sound-proof and weather-proof and complying with the latest noise pollution norms of the CPCB and certified by ARAI, Pune. The Acoustic insulation with Fire-retardant Acoustic Foam to better statutory norms of 75 dB (A) at 1m distance under Free-Field conditions.

ITEM NO. 02 Cont....... Make : a) Genset assembled with Sound proof canopy : M/s Cummins, Genset Model C82.5D5P and Engine Model 4BTAA3.9-G4 or equivalent in Kirloskar (Koel i Greens)/ Jackson/Sudhir/Greaves Cotton/Sterling Generators as approved by GE . b) Alternator: Stamford/ Kirloskar/Jyoti/Crompton Greaves/Alstom/ Areva/ Bharat Bijlee as recommended by OEM of Genset and as approved by GE. Note:- a) Design and drawings of the foundation shall be prepared as recommended by the OEM and be got approved from GE before commencement the work and the rate quoted is deemed to include for the same. b) 05 sets of design and drawings to be submitted along with a copy to the Accepting Officer after obtaining the approval of GE. (c) Necessary foundation drawing to be produced is consultation with OEM and after approval of foundation drawing work will commence. (d) Amount of foundation to be included in the quoted unit rate, No extra payment will be paid to contractor in this regard. (e) Comissioning of the DG will be done by OEM service and at the time of comissioning minimun 25 % fuel to be present in tank for testing purpose and cost of same to be included in the quoted unit rate.

Supply and installation of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and foundation etc. of capacity of 125 KVA and comprising the following: (a) Diesel Engine with four cylinder, liquid cooled, turbo charged with after cooler, developing 156 HP @ 1500 rpm, electric start, compression ignition, 4 stroke designed to run continiously at 1500 RPM confirming to IS 10002, ISO-3046, BS 5514 standard. Diesel Engine will comply with present CPCB-II norms. Diesel Engine will comprise of Dry type cleaner, Exhaust Silencer suitable for canopy ( residential Silencer), Expansion bellow, Lube oil filter, Fuel filter, Radiator with pusher type fan and mounting, In-line mono block fuel injection pump, Electronic governer and activator, Flywheel with starter ring and bell housing suitable for close coupling, 12 Volts electric starter motor, Battery charging alternator, Microprocessor based controller mounted on the controller panel, protection system low lube oil pressure and high water temperature. (b) Alternator with reputed make 125 KVA output suitable for continious operation rated at 1500 RPM, 415 Volts, 0.8 PF, 50 Hz, 3 Ph. in SPDP enclosure, self excited & self- regulated, brushless, floor mounted with ball or bearing on end shields. The alternator conforms to IS: 4722, BS EN 60034-1 and will be suitable for tropical condition. (c) Base Frame suitable to couple above Engine & Alternator made from steel sheet metal. (d) Fuel Tank of capacity 230 Ltrs capacity, with inlet & outlet arrangement, air vent & drain plug arrangement.

ITEM NO. 03 Cont....... (e) Battery of capacity 130 AH, 120 Volts with one set of connecting leads of 35 Sqmm size copper cable. (f) Genset controller unit with totally enclosed, steel construction canopy in build control panel having following :- (i) Engine Display Pearameters for Oil pressure, Engine Coolant Temperature, Fuel status, Engine speed, Engine run Hours, Total starts, Battery condition monitoring. (ii) Mechanical Safeties for under/over speed, Low lube oil pressure, High engine coolant temprature, Charge alternator fail, Start/stop fail. (iii) Genset display parameters for Phase/ line voltage, line current, frequency, Average voltage, Average current, Phase KW & total KW, KWH/ PF, Kva/ KVAr (iv) Electrical safety along with display is Genset under/ over voltage, Under/ Over battery voltage, Under/ over frequency, Phase failure, Phase sequence reverse, Over current, Over KW, Mains Monitoring, Contactors status. with 3 pole MCCB, earth fault relay, Control fuse base with link (glass fuse), Power terminal & Control Terminal start & stop relay. (v) Acoustic Enclosure (a) The enclosure is modular in construction. (b) Aesthetically designed internally bolted canopy for enhanced product life. (c) Base frame is made of sheet metal. (d) Durable industrial locking system is provided on doors (e) Doors with gasket of high quality EDPN material. (f) Ease of access and serviceability. (g) Corrosion resistant.

ITEM NO. 03 Cont....... (h) All sheet metal parts/ components are hot dipped in nine tanks process, pretreated and passivated and weather proof. (j) sheet metal components are painted with P.P base paint. (k) Base frame is epoxy coated. (m) Zinc passivated hardware is used to avoid rusting. (g) Acoustic Insulation (a) Sound proofing of the enclosure done with quality foam confirming to IS: 8183 (b) Insulation confirmed to UL94-HF1 class for flammability, (c) Acoustic form shall be fire retarded and fire resistant. (d) Attenuates are provided to control sound at entry and exit to and from the container. (e) Specially designed residential silencer is provided. (h) Ventilation and air circulation: Exhaust pipe throughly insulated by covering it with glass wool and further cladded in enclosure. (j) Electrical : Neutral earth connecting points at termination block/ neutral bus at control panel & body earthing points at alternator leg and acoustic enclosure base frame. (k) Sound Level : The Genset being offered comply to a sound level of ≤ 75 dba (12 point average) at a distance of 1- meter in free-field conditions coforming to CPCB Norms.

ITEM NO. 03 Cont....... (c) The DG set will be mounted on trolly with proper fixing arrangement with required all necessary fittings all as directed by Eng-in-charge. (d) Necessary fitting/fixing charge shall be also deemed to be included in unit rate quoted and no extra payment shall be paid to contractor in this regard.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3½ core all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 4 core as specified and directed.

Supply installation, commissioning and testing of factory made out door LT distribution panel board cubical type pedastal mounted of size 1.2 Mtr X1.4Mtr X0.6x Mtr CPRI approved fabricated out door of MS 3.15 mm thick and angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm frame complete with copper bus bar 4 wire 3 phase 300 Amps capacity mounted on procelain insulator suitably spaced in totally enclosed chambere size of PVC insulated and sheathed copper cable complete including powder coated painting both internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel grey paint over a coat of red oixide primer comprising of the following:- (a) MCCB 4 Pole 160 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 25 KA. Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure as specified and directed..

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc.1.5 m deep for laying of cable, pipe and for erecting of steel tubular swaged pole etc, and getting out in hard/dense soil as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting points in soil all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as specified and directed.

Supply, spreading and compacting of approved river sand in cable ducts / trenches for cable cushion on both top and bottom of cable, including ramming as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( Note: 1. Only punned thickness of river sand shall be measured. 2. Riddled earth may be used in case of non availability of river sand with respect to minus price adjustment.)

Supply and lay burnt bricks for cable protection of sub class 'B' standard size in trenches all as specified as specified and directed.

Fabrication and Supply of trolley siize (3.8m Length x 1.8m width) for mounting 125 KVA DG set made out of iron structure for sustain 125 KVA DG set with help of required length of channel size 150mmX75mm, angle iron size 65mmX65mmx6mm thick, shaft axil-02 Nos of size 75mm dia,with necessary steel plate floor, rotating type toe bar set and spring plate -4 sets including 4 wheel (407 Tyre and tube) including painting complete all as shown on approved drawing,specified and directed. Note:- The Design and drawings duly shown all component of trolley shall be prepared as recommended by the OEM and be got approved from GE before commencement the work and the rate quoted is deemed to include for the same and complete all as shown on approved drawing.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3½ core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix onload change over switch 415 volts in sheet metal encloser 4 pole of capacity 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel, provision of 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of GI strip upto 7.5 meter long and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC (1:3:6) , type C1 chamber, GI funnel, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4, type B1 earth pit cover with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed.
