Earth work in excavation by manual means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 in width) including back filling of excavated soil (strata) all kinds of soil. (as per schedule) Dimensions of execution shall be ascertained at the time of actual execution of job.

Rectification of leakages in 200 mm dia MS Rising main of WSS Chewa pehlipora 1st Safapora which involves: - A). Excavation of soil and a part of macadamized road around the rising main about 700 meters approximately away from WSS in order tot make the leaking spot visible and making the sufficient space available for rectifying the leaks. (The actual size of excavation and length with leakages spot shall be calculated after detecting the number of leaking spots in the rising main which presently is underground and invisible). B). Removing the dirt and dust at leaking spots on the MS pipe and welding the same by using standard electrodes. The job make require oxy-acetylene gas for the cutting and repairing, then welding at leaking spots on the rising main. The job also may include cutting of pipes and then further incudes end to end welding of the same if necessary. C). The job also includes arrangement of DG set, gas cutter, service line involved in the job, excavator for excavation of soil and road which shall be arranged by the contracting firm. D). The job includes testing of 200 mm dia rising main on full load after repairing and followed by refilling back the excavated soil in the tranches manually or mechanically as per site requirement.
