Dismantling Unframed timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section and in any position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 2nd class hard wood in scantling wrought timber unframed and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of unframed fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc., under 40 Sqcm in section, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F second class hard wood plain fillets in rectangular or triangular in section, clean swan fixed with screws having sectional area exc.13sqcm but not exc. 25 sqcm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F second class hard wood plain fillets in rectangular tringular in section, clean swan fixed with nails having sectional area exc.3 sqcm but not exc.6 sqcm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Mild steel, flats, as in supports for stiffening of fencing, wall ties, hold fasts, wind ties, clamps and similar small articles, hand rails, wind ties, posts and struts in fencing screwed or welded to shape, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work confirming to Fe-290, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reed, lathing, single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for G I Wire netting 0.9 mm dia and 12 mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc., in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc., including all laps, cutting and waste, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 be finished fair & even without using extra cement including WPC using as per manufacturer's instruction, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - WPC shall be measured and separately.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on other side of lathing in cement mortar 1:6 be finished fair & even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10+5=15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement using water proofing compound in top layers, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - WPC shall be measured and separately.

Supply only liquid WPC confirming to IS, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick of light shade (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0. 36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match with the shades of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:4, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 200x300x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or colour cement to match with the shades of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250x7mm/450x350x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or colour cement to match with the shades of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Granite 15 mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement morter (1:4) including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edges such as in steps & other similar situation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling boarding, any description fixed in any position with nails, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 50 mm thick (Clean sawn) 2nd class hard wood boarding with butt joints fixed with nails in any situation (except flooring and skirting), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation,etc) or insulation board/Slabs/blankets of any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F anodised aluminium snap grid framed work for false ceiling including hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long GI suspender, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 4m thick Non Asbestos Cement board E-board fixed or laid in Aluminium framework fixed in ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L 6 mm thick Asbestos Cement sheet, corrugated, or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. and fixed with fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only Asbestos Cement sheet, corrugated, or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. and fixed with L hook or Cranked bolts (except sheets), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
