Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M &L Brickwork with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L RCC (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) using cills, steps, plinth courses, string course, coping and other similar bands etc complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces in CM 1: 6 finished fair & even & smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and directed.
