Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete block walling, RR masonary in cement mortar including all quoins archas pillars etc and pre-cast block walling etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling of aluminium partition / windows/doors of any size and any description etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick plain cement concrete in 1:3:6 mix, type C-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite of 20mm thick, work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including screed layer of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment including Screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.
