Note : i) The tenderer shall note that before quoting his unit rate, all items of works shall be executed in high rise building & including provision of necessary scaffolding & safety measures. ii)After painting cleaning of all floors & furniture by own arrangements. iii)All works caried out in 7th storey building( from inside or outside). All rates are inclusive of all arrangements required to carry out work from outside or inside of bldg.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails, complete all as specified.

S&F PVC wall panelling consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet and fixed over GI running channels 50mm wide and 0.6mm thickness at every 1m interval , fixing over brickwall /concrete walls with screws and all corners, top and bottom portion of PVC lining covered with L/T shaped PVC sheet of same colour/texture including all necessary cuttings near switch boards and other fixtures if fitted over wall, complete all as specified.

Dismantling of ceiling boards any thickness etc including aluminium grid frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for false ceiling made out of 600x600x 4 to 6 mm thick ceiling board / tiles deep panel suspensor system made out of powder coated GI sheet main tee of size 23.50x40x0.63mm and cross tee of size 23.50x23.50x0.63mm and angle size 19x19x0.63mm including 3mm GI wire for suspending bolts necessary washers nut/clits/pin hook etc. for securing frame work to ceiling to the snap grid all as directed by Engr-in-charge including provn of necessary holes / cuttings for providing light/fan as required including making necessary recesses / projected pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement forstyle and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement supply & fixing in the frame at site. complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick(square/Rectanglar) area of each tiles exc 0.11 Sqm but n exc 0.18 Sqm in floor including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 450x300x7 / 350x250 x7 mm mm thick but as on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado including 10 to 15mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

Material and Labour for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square /rectangular ) polished dark shade, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neet cement slurry and pointed white or coloured cement to match the dark shade of the tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto- as per item No.57 here-in-before but as in skirting including 10mm thick rendering in CM. 1:4 as backing coat etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified.

M&L 16 to 18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms, working table, floors and like over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl moulding and rounding all as directed.

M&L, for mirror polished machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed bed in CM (1:6) 15mm thick, & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing complete.

M&L, for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick in riser / treads of steps in single piece, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed withover cement screed bed in CM (1:4) 15mm thick, & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing complete.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified.

M&L for plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 in ceiling finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Cleaning of loft tank exc 250 ltr capacity (in existing position or disconnecting existing tanks for cleaing and refix in same position incl fixing of all attached fittings) by removing out the residual water from the tank, removing dirt, cleaning the internal surfaces of the tank with high pressure controlled water jet pump by using different nozzles as per requirement. After sucking out entire moss and algae by wet vaccume pump, wash the tank with clean drinking water tank cleaning solution on all internal surfaces, then cleaning the bottom surface of the tank with vaccume pump to make it dry and providing sticker showing the date of cleaning ,complete all as specified and directed.
