Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M/L for Virified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laying floor finishesed complete all as specified and directed.

. --Ditto-- all as per above but as in skirting over & including 10mm thick backing coat of CM 1:4 all as specified.

M&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles (300mmx 450mmx7 mm) in vertical surfaces jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement. Incl cutting the tiles to the required size whereven required incl mitring the corners etc over 10 mm thick backing coats of cement plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for ceramic out door tiles 300mmx300mmx10mmm thick digital design set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors with grey cement over & including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:6 . Note : Work will be in patches or in bulk

Taking down chowkhat or frame existing doors/windows/ventilators (without taking off shutters and guard bars) of exe 1.5 sqm & n. exc 4 sqm etc complete all as specified and as directed incl stacking the materials properly.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of Frame size 65x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). ® Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S & F toughned glass 12mm thick as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes with all accessories like handle, stopper with glazing with beads fixed with metal panel pins (beads to be measured separately as 'supplied only') as required including hacking out out glass

S & F in repair Double action floor spring ISI marked hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed in repairs complete all as specified.
