Excavation in trenches for foundations, laying / taking out of cables, erecting of poles etc, in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per the description of Srl item No 1 herein above but depth exceeding 1.50 metre but not exceeding 3.00 metre

Returning, filling in soils, in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated soils to a distance exceeding 50 metres and not exceeding 100 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates), in foundation and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping, blocks, bed plates, kerbs etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including as necessary formwork as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erection and fixing in position 9.00 metre long, steel tubular swaged poles complete with mild steel base plate, flat top welded type 410, SP-31 IS:2713 marked, drilling of necessary holes including bolts, nuts and washers as required and painting with two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed, surfaces of poles and two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally upto the planting depth including providing 03 No reflective strips of width 10cm at a height of 1.20m from ground level in alternate colour (green, white and green) around the pole of pattern as approved by GE and marking pole number at appropriate height with shade and colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed, with and including dismantling and taking up old existing damaged steel tubular pole and removing from site of work complete all as directed. Note : Excavation & earthwork and concrete work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT underground electric cable XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade heavy duty aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ducts or passing through pipes under road or fixed to poles complete all as specified and as directed, with and including taking up or down old damaged electric cable and removing from site of work, complete all as directed for following size :-

(a) Cross sectional area 25Sqmm 4.00 Core

(b) Cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4.00 Core

(c) Cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4.00 Core

Multi stranded copper cable PVC insulated unearthed 1100Volts grade of size 2.50 Sqmm 3.00 Core for connection from junction box to light fitting and making connection and testing for functioning of light fitting complete all as specified and as directed with and including taking down old damaged cable and removing from site of work, complete all as of directed

PVC insulated sheathed 1100 volts grade twin core 10.00 Sqmm size aluminium conductor service cable making connection and testing for functioning complete all as specified and as directed with and including taking down old damaged cable and removing from site of work complete all as directed

Street light mounting bracket suitable for LED fitting of length 1.50 metre, made out of light grade GI pipe of 50mm bore bent to shape (120 degree) as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete with two No GI Clamps made to shape out of 50mm x 6mm flat iron, with GI nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size for fixing on pole including preponing the galvanised surfaces and applying two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of primer to all steel surfaces, wall complete all as specified and as directed, with and including taking down old damaged bracket and removing from site of work, complete all as directed.

Hot pressed moulded SMC junction box of size not less than 240mm x 130 mmx 95 mm, side hinged door with lockable arrangement bus bar TPN capacity 200 Amps with one No MCB 2.50 Amp SP 10 KA ‘C’ curve with provision of tapping incoming and outgoing cable connection with gland box of suitable size and fixing on pole or grouting in PCC muff complete all as specified and as directed, with and including taking out unserviceable junction box and removing from site of work complete all as directed.

50mm bore steel water tubing, medium grade fixed / erected as post for PTL fitting, fixed appropriately on ground with cement concrete or clamps, nuts, bolts as approved/directed by Enginee-in-Charge including preparing the galvinised exposed surfaces and applyng two coats of Aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide / Zinc Chrome primer and two coats of black bituminous paint to planting depth complete all as specified and as directed with and including taking down old damaged steel pipe and removing from site of work complete all as directed.

Double wall corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 50mm outer dia conforming to IS:14930 Pt-II with antirodant and non flame propergating properties of make and colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge with fittings as protection to cable, laid in tranches or fixed to poles/walls complete with and including taking up/ down old damaged pipe and removing from site of work complete all as directed.

Painting of existing steel tubular poles 9.00 metre long with one coat of Aluminium paint on pole and cross arm, clamps, brackets fitted/fixed on pole, above GL / coping to full height of pole including preparing the steel surfaces to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and providing 03 No reflective strips of width 10cm at a height of 1.20 metre from ground level in alternate colour (green, white and green) around the pole of pattern, as approved by GE and marking pole number at appropriate height with shade and colour as approved by Engieer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of tree branches ( girth not more than 10 cm) falling over the street lights for all around clearance of the fittings carefully to avoid any damage to the light fittings and disposing of the cut tree branches to a distance not more than 100 mtrs complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED Flood Light luminaire of capacity 120 Watt,system lumen efficacy not less than 100 lumen per watt, total system lumens not less than 12000 lumens, PF>0.90 ,CRI not less than 70, THD not more than 10 %, surge protection not less than 5 KV internal and 10 kV external, colour temp 5700 k +-300k, operating voltage ranging from 120V to 270 V at 50 Hz AC frequency,Pressure die cast aluminium housing in powder coated finish , heat resistant toughened glass , gasket etc ,protection class IP 66 complete as all as specified and directed . Notes:- 1. Each luminaire should be printed on the luminaire fittings as "MES", CA No: GE(U)/CHM-06/2021-22 2. The contractor shall submit test report from manufacturer of the LED fittings giving detail of each parameter /specifications of led luminaire mentioned in the BOQ item to comply with minimum requirements mentioned therein. 3. The contractor shall also submit LM-79 & LM-80 test report from any valid NABL accreditation laboratory. 4. The contractor shall submit warranty certificate from manufacturer for minimum 2 years.

All as per the description of Srl Item No. 18 above but of capacity 150 watt and total system lumens not less than 15000 lumens. Notes:- 1. Each luminaire should be printed on the luminaire fittings as "MES", CA No: GE(U)/CHM-06/2021-22 2. The contractor shall submit test report from manufacturer of the LED fittings giving detail of each parameter /specifications of led luminaire mentioned in the BOQ item to comply with minimum requirements mentioned therein. 3. The contractor shall also submit LM-79 & LM-80 test report from any valid NABL accreditation laboratory. 4. The contractor shall submit warranty certificate from manufacturer for minimum 2 years.

All as per the description of Srl Item No. 18 above but of capacity 200 watt and total system lumens not less than 20000 lumens. Notes :- 1. Each luminaire should be printed on the luminaire fittings as "MES", CA No: GE(U)/CHM-06/2021-22 2. The contractor shall submit test report from manufacturer of the LED fittings giving detail of each parameter /specifications of led luminaire mentioned in the BOQ item to comply with minimum requirements mentioned therein. 3. The contractor shall also submit LM-79 & LM-80 test report from any valid NABL accreditation laboratory. 4. The contractor shall submit warranty certificate from manufacturer for minimum 2 years.

Supply and fix in replacement high power LED street light fittings energy saving luminaire with lens , capacity 60 watt with system efficacy (lm/w) not less than 100 lumens per watt, total system lumen not less than 6000 lumens, PF not less than 0.95, CRI not less than 70, colour temp. 5700K + 300K, surge protection not less than 5 KV, high pressure die cast aluminium alloy LM6 housing IP-66 class 1 protection, toughened glass cover, driver efficiency > 85% with constant output of current and voltage against input voltage variation 120 to 270 volt at 50 Hz ( + 5%), THD< 10% complete all as specifiedans as directed. The driver should be fetted with electrolytic capacitor of min 105 degrees rating and must be with phase to phase protection, external SPD should be minimum 10 KV capacity. Notes:- 1. PF >0.95, LED driver, over voltage & under voltage protection, short circuit protection, with hanging & locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- 1. S&F in repairs, installation, commissioning and testing Polycarbonate CPRI approved OEM made main LT Panel. The panel shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURE which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4 : The panel should be anti-acid & anite corrosive . Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The The manufacturer of panel SHALL submit a copy of CPRI REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE only share certificate that panel assemble by OEM only, channel partner or sister concerned assembly shall not be accepted. DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The manufacturer of panel shall submit copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel accordance with IEC 60439-1. The CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand currents and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports of Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. Each Board shall have individual routine test report of the manufacturer. The panel should passed glow wire test 960oC in accordance with 60695-2-11 flame retardant and self-extinguishing.

Note – OEM engineer shall also visit and check all reports if any false or not meet specification will charge penality. Before supply it is mandatory to submit OEM made drawing complete all as specified and directed including the following :- (a) MCCB FP 100 amps capacity 25KA 415 volts-01 No (Incoming). (b) Aluminium strip bus bars sleeve insulated and mounted on epoxy insulator 200 amps capacity TPN-01 set. (c) Digital type time switch 240 volts single phase. Make : Schneider / Simens / L&T or equivalent - 01 (d) Modular din rail mounted three pole, 415 volts power contactor nominal ratiing 63 Amps with standard coil voltage 240 /220 volts complete with din rail of suitable size -02 Nos. (e) MCCB TPN 415 Volts breaking capacity 16KA of rating 63 Amps with aluminum busbar strips of suitable current rating -02 Nos (Outgoings). (f) LED type indicators RBY-01 set. (g) Auto / manual toggle switch-01 No. (h) Multifunctional meter 96x96mm size flush mounting digital type -01 No. (j) Earthing terminal -02 Nos. (k) Danger notice plate dully riveted / pasted on front door-01 No (i) Control wiring & control MCB suitable size and power wiring of toggle switch, indicators/protection circuits conductors, gateway/relay with 2.5 Sqmm multi strand copper cable (for control wiring) and of appropriate size for power wiring, incl lugs and ferrules – 01, Job as per circuit design, complete all as specified and directed.
