Taking down of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan and dismantling of blades, transportation to work shop and carrying out rewinding, transportation to site, reinstallation and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Rewinding will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Rewinding of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep by dismantling of fan motor cutting and removing of burnt windings, cleaning, winding with supper enameled copper wire of superior quality, same gauge of wire, same Nos of turns, provn of insulation paper applying of varnish drying of varnish and assembling of fan including replacement gun metal bush, ball bearing where ever required and applying two coat of synthetic enamal white paint first quality by using machnical spray including filling cavities with filler and marking of mes no as per existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Painting of ceiling fan will be measured and paid under this item schedule as the rate for the same is inclusive.

All same as per item No 2 above but exhaust fan 450 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All same as per item No 2 above but exhaust fan 230/300 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of upper and lower Gun metal bush for ceiling fans of size 1200/1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement ceiling fan Ball bearing of suitable size & model complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- NBC/ SKF

S&F in replacement fan shaft with pin for ceiling fans of 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement clamp with rubber real for hanging ceiling fans of 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of ceiling fan capacitor of 2.5 mfd complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : TIBCON/AE/EPCOS/Havells

S&F in replacement of fan regulator electronic, stepped type, Switch type, suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make : Cona/Kinjal/SSK)

Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 60 cmx 60 cmx 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm as earthing lead by means of nut,bolts and check nut and washer,GI light grade protection pipe 15 mm dia. upto 7.5 m,GI watering pipe 20 mm dia,RCC cover with funnel,excavation in any type of soil,PCC pit charcoal ,salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, including earth test point up to pannel board, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed on wall/ceiling in batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed on poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Credit Schedule of this Tender.
