Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded FRLS flexible copper conductor cable in and incl rigid PVC conduit concealed with pressed mild steel terminal boxes duly painted with a coat of red oxide primer fixed flushed to the wall with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of adequate size for one light or one fan controlled by one switch incl 1.5 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable as earth wire to common earth dolly, including cutting chases in brick wall , replastering and making good to match the existing specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: a) Unit rate include for cutting chases for conduits and sunken boxes and making good to wall, floors etc

Repair, maint and making the continuity of supply after rectifying the defects of the electrical items such as Main DB's,switches, sockets, ceiling fan regulator, replacement of MCB (light/power), lamp holders (bracket/ batten), bell/buzzer, push button, ceiling rose, capacitors and other similar electrical items/fittings etc. including providing of small pieces of electrical wire of size 1 sqmm to 10 sqmm single core and length not exceeding 0.50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Any accessories found unserviceable the same shall be replaced under respective items of this Sch and shall be measured & paid seperately under item 52.01 to 52.22 (ii) Other items like stationery, rent of T&P, misc items like insulation tape, screws, nuts & bolts are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. Each Job consist any ONE repair work of electrical fitting/ fixures as described above. (iii) Contractor will arrange minimum 2 well experienced electrician to attend repair/complaints of internal electrical system at site as required by Engr-in-Charge throughout the contract period from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs and should complete the assigned job within 48 Hrs after receipt of the complaint. If the contractor not completed the assigned job in the given time recovery will be made Rs. 50.00 @ Per repair. The working staff will be provided with hygenic materials like hand sanitizer, mask, gloves etc. (iv) Details of repair to be collected throughout the contract period from JE E/M at 0900 Hrs from office located at Tech Area. Register of repair should be prepared by the contractor and details of repair to be updated in the register after completion of every repair work. (v) Contractor will arrange vehicle, electrical tools, folding ladder, misc item like insulation tape, screws, nuts and bolts for repair work. (vi) The repair in OTM Accn upto the height of 12 Mtr should be carried out in the assigned job itself.
