JOB WORK : REPAIR TO VEHICLE BA NO 04C 070643L TATA 207 DI OF AGE E/M-1 UNDER GE (CENTRAL) KHADKI Taken out the vehicle from MT yard to work shop and return the vehicle to MT yard after complete the Job. 1.1. Jack up the vehicle, Drain out Engine Oil, take out oil filter fuel filter and replacing oil filter, fuel filter, Air filter element, take out the radiator from the vehicle, cleaning the entire core line of the radiator, re-fitting Radiator fitting assy to Vehicle and filling radiator coolant, missing with distilled water. 1.2. Take out clutch master cyclinder, cylinder sleeve, replacing and fitting cylinder and sleeve filling clutch fluid, paddle bush kit PVC, clutch paddle return spring fitting to vehicle. 1.3. Checking the battery charging system servicing alternator cleaning and re-fitting to vehicle, replacing U/S wiper blade set, checkup battery acid level and top up battery acid. Check the wiring system and repair and remove the short. Servicing self starter and alternator replacing alternate brush set, checking propeller shaft play replacing UJ cross assy, Yoke assy, assembling and fitting to vehicle. Take wheel balancing and wheel alignment. Washing and Greasing, complete vehicle polishing the vehicle. Note: 1. Old retrieved materials will be contractor’s property; hence, sch of credit Rs 250.00 already deducted in the rate analysis. 2. One year guarantee shall be given by the firm/contractor. 3. GST % amount to be shown separately.
