Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with L-type or J- type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item No 2 above but except AC sheet complete.

Material and labour for asbestos cement two- piece adjustable plain wing ridge 6mm thick fixed with L-type or J- type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated/galvalume steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe-410 W(Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cms width or girth & applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp insulation, Ac etc), any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix interlocking aluminium alloy anodised snap grid consists of main Tee runners of size 38mm x25mm x1.5mm spaced 1200mm centre to centre and cross Tee of size 25mmx25mmx 1.5mm, 1200mm long spaced between the main Tee at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200mmx600mm and provide a secondary cross tee 25mm x1.4mm ( of length 600mm) to be interlocked of the centre of 1200mmx600mm panel to form a grid of 605mmx605mm and wall angle 25mmx25mmx 2mm. Aluminium alloy extruded section shall be aluminium anodised (minimum 15 micron ) and shall conform to IS 733, IS 1285 and IS 737. including Hangers of GI wire 6mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 7-8 mm thick gypsum board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60cmx60cm in size , fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cm bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles in store rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 600 X300 7/350x400 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) as backing coat complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic tiles 7-9 mm thick light shade, (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 Sqm n.exceeding 0.42 in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for pressed steel door frames of size 105 x 60 mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plates complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in door frame back filling, hold fasts complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE:- colour of powder coating should be brown/wood grain in colour.

Supply and fix for frame work such as grill, grating etc with ends bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for powder coated anodised aluminium ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar including stainless steel wire cloth of 0.63 mm nominal dia and average aperature 1.4 mm, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc.and fixed to stone masonry wall including demolition of RCC jali ventilators complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for plain, galvanised mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips,Valley gutters, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) by using 1.00 mm thick grade of zinc coating @120Gms/Sqm both sides and welded or soldered joints are provided complete including making shapes to valley gutter. all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- i) Contractor should work at height upto 10mtr w/o any extra payment. ii) Necessary Scaffolding required for valley gutter should be arranged by contractor. iii) Necessary arrangement of safety measure of labour working at height should be procured by the contractor iv) Rate for scaffolding for working at height and safety measure tools for labour should be included in quoted rate & no extra payment given to contractor.

Supply, fabrication and fixing PVC valley gutter of approved make, heavy duty, UV-stabilised, suitable for roof rainwater drainage, of required width and depth, including MS / GI brackets, clamps, jointing with solvent cement / rubber seals, end caps, outlets, fixing to roof structure at proper slope, testing for leak-proof performance and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.
