House upkeeping of 10 KC-DOT Technical and Non Technical Block at T.E Compound Shivpurwa, BA Varanasi for One Year.

Sweeping and cleaning of common area/ paved/ unpaved area etc. in front and back of building/ residential quarters , roads, pathways and parking including disposal of garbage and other refuges/ rubbish to dumping site in township by rickshaw trolley etc all complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Area to be cleaned alternate days and as and when required, with provision of rational deduction for not attending the item while measuring as one job.)

Cleaning available floor area and toilets of Offices /Technical/ Administrative building as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge

a) Proper and efficient cleaning & sweeping of the floors, staircase,corridors,lift,lobby's and other space including disposal of garbage and other refuges/ rubbish to dumping site in township to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete. (Area to be cleaned in all working days in GM Chamber, DGM Chamber,Passage, Staircase only ,area Sweeping rest of the chambers twice in a week and Conference Hall twice in a month , with provision of rational deduction for not attending the item while measuring as one job.)

b) Wet mopping of all types of flooring / Tiles including Cleaning of all kinds of spot like Tea, spitting on walls etc. all complete except cement concrete flooring with detergent powder or other approved floor cleaner before scheduled office opening time. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Area to be cleaned in all working days in GM Chamber, DGM Chamber,Passage, Staircase only ,area Sweeping rest of the chambers twice in a week and Conference Hall twice in a month , with provision of rational deduction for not attending the item while measuring as one job.)

c) Cleaning of ceiling and removal of cobweb etc. including the cost of all labour T&P etc. to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete. (Area to be cleaned once in a month and as and when required, with provision of rational deduction for not attending the item while measuring as one job.)

d) Proper and efficient Cleaning and washing of the toilets, wash basins, urinals, W/C Seats, looking mirrors, sanitary fittings and fixtures etc using approved toilet cleaner like Vim / Liquid soap/ Phenyle/ Sanifresh/ Harpic etc.including the cost of providing nepthelene balls, urinal cubes in wash basins / urinals (weekly or when empty, whichever is earlier), and cleaning of wall tiles/dado weekly etc all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete.(Area to be cleaned in all working days and as and when required, shall be about 3716 sq.m. per month with provision of rational deduction for not attending the item while measuring as one job.)

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
