Furniture Work : Suspended Gypsum Board Ceiling : Providing & fixing of suspended ceiling, which includes Gypsteel ultra CRPsurface ribbed perimeter channels of size 0.55 mm thk. (having one flange of 20mm & another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm ) along with perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall /partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm centres then suspending Gypsteel Ultra CRP surface ribbed intermidiate channels of size 45 mm (0.9 mm th with two flange of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm centres with gypsteel ultra CRPsurface ribbed ceiling angle of width 25mm x10mm x 0.55mm thick fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners (mfg by Saint Gobain India Gypsum) then Gypsteel ultra ceiling section of 0.55 mm th. having knurled web of 51.5 mm and two flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm are then fixed to the Gypsteel ultra intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction prependicular to the Gypsteel ultra intermediate channel at 457.5 mm centres single layer of 12.5mm tapered edge Gypboard (conforming to is 2095 part 11996) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws at either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment.(Cost including For suspended from RCC Ceiling /Roof , light cutting gala & also including Scaffolding & Working Plateform for any height))

Armstrong grid ceiling : Providing and fixing Classic Lite RH 99 (Silhautte grid) 16mm false ceiling system manufactured by Armstrong using hot dipped galvanized steel section, rotary stitched main tee of size 15mm x 45 mm web height, having 0.36 mm gauge at every 600 mm centre to centre maximum and rotary stitched cross tee of size 15 mm x 45 mm, having 0.33 mm gauge at every 600 mm. c/c. and wall angle of size 19 x 19 mm., having 0.35 mm gauge fixed to the periphery of the wall. Full Ht Wooden Partition : Providing & fixing of full height (3600mm ht) wooden Partition using Aluminum tube frame work shall comprise of 50 mm x 25 mm Aluminum tube (Medium Gauge, Jindal Make) members at regular distance of 600 mm c/c both ways and both side covered with 8 mm th specified Ply & also one more layer of 4 mm specified MDF on both side of partition for groove pattern with raw plywood finished as shown in the drg with necessary hardware.etc .

Full Height Glass Partition (10mm Toughen Glass) : Providing & fixing 10mm thk.Toughned Glass Partitionup to 3000mm ht Made from 10mm Toughned Glass fixed with readymade modular Slim section of Size 25mm x 45mm x 2.5mm thk poweder coated as shown in the drg.& design or as directed by Engg. Gypsum Solid Partition : Providing & fixing of 75mm th.Gypsum Solid Partition (As per required & suggested Area) above False ceiling to Slab Bottom Bottom level using Partition member at 600mm x 600mm partition which includes one layer of tapered edge 13mm thick (both side of partition) Gypsum board screw fixed with drywall screws of 25mm at 300mm c/c to as per above Specs, complete as shown in the drawing & design or as directed by Engg-in-charge.
