Charges for dismantling the Asbestos cement wall casing and cement louvers by means of scaffolding arrangement, complete cleaning and assembling the louvers by replacing the damaged wooden supports of seating area if necessary and devolution to central stores.{ including the cost of asbestos cement sheet of size 2.5 x1.05m }.
Charges for peeling the damaged FRP coating, scratching and cleaning the surface of the M.S. Tank for applying FRP 50 putty.
Charges for strengthening the damaged portion of the M.S. tank by welding with new MS Plate and flange (mouth) area with angles. (MS angle 50x50x6mm and 8mm plate will be supplied by the board).
Charges for applying FRP50 putty followed by 1mm thick FRP lining for cooling tower tank.
Charges for, dismantling the FRP Grids, treated wooden fills, Drift Eliminators and cleaning , then marking and cutting notch in water proof ply wood plate as per dimension for the seating two pass drift Eliminators, and re assembling FRP Grid, wooden fills by positioning properly and fixing with galvanized nails, screws and bolts nuts (water proof ply wood sheet will be supplied by the contractor scope).
Charges for Dismantling the 200mm gate Valves from the CT inlet header pipe line and Overhauling and then refitting of valves including cleaning of seating surface and lapping of valve gate and seat for perfect matching and checking with leak test.
Charges for Dismantling the damaged overflow and the drain pipe then welding new pipe of various sizes, and replacing the punctured portion of 150mm galvanized hot water distribution pipe of 500mm length and welding with spool piece (MS. Pipe of 80,100mm size will be supplied by the board)
