S/R to Gujadiha to Bagudi Road for the year 2025-26

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified materials with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres etc complete.

Re-working of scarified bituminous surface suitable after supplementing base materials with sand & compacting finished surface as per Technical Specification & as per Clause - 601.8.3.2 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works

Clearing and grubbing the road land including uprooting Rank vegetation grass bushes shrubs etc complete.

Providin, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502 for low porosity surface and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision).

Providin & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment, roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) Page -175 item - 47

Earth work in ordinary soil from approved borrow area by mechanical means including loading into & transportation by transport vehicles & unladoing the same on Properly prepared surface including rough dressing & breaking clods etc. all complete.
