Providing Cement Concrete with 40mm size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry includinghoisting lowering and levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where neCessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance Royalty, DMF, EMFand Additional Charges , labour of all materials and including hire and running charges of machineries T and P required for the work including supplying and working of pumps and Cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge open foundation

InSubstructure

Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather shield cement paintto outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint watering curing with cost conveyance andof all materials and labour with T and P and Cessrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep holes in abutments and wing walls using 10 CM dia AC pipes including metal spall backing in rear side etccomplete including centering and shuttering if required, with cost, conveyance of all materials, labour with T and P, Cess, required for the work and as per direction of EIC.

20mm 3/4 thick grading plaster with cement mortar over roof slab after chipping and chiseling the same and clearing the surface by wire brush laid to proper slope finished smooth to receive tarfelt treatment watering and curing for 7 days including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, Cess with T and P required for the work with alland Royalty, DMF, EMF and Additional Charges etc. complete in all respect in all floors etc complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of E.C. bags.

Providing cement concrete of using 12mm and down graded size hard granite stone aggregate including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete including cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF and Additional Charges , , labour, Cess and T and P and all other materials required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
