Replacement of capacitor 2.5/3.15 mfd AC 230 volts 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of capacitor 4 mfd AC 230 volts 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of ball bearing suitable for ceiling fan/exhaust fan any size and any make, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of gun metal bush with suitable size for ceiling fan any make, any size and sweep, complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of AC ceiling fan/wall mounted fan motor as existing at site any make with super enameled copper winding wire any gauge from 0.315mm to 0.193mm including cutting of old burnt winding. Sleeve work varnishing with `B' class insulation varnish, connection with flexible wire of appropriate size two core copper wire up to connector block qty of copper winding wire not less than 350 grams and not more than 500 grams per fan motor, complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of exhaust fan motor any size, from 225 to 400 mm sweep with supper enameled copper wire of any size ranging from 0.500mm to 0.285 mm including necessary cutting of old burnt winding wire, cleaning of slots and provision of necessary threading/sleeve work and taking out connection in lead with PVC copper wire of appropriate size up to connector block, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully geyser 25/35/50 liters capacity from wall after unscrewing nuts/bolts etc. and again refixing in position after necessary repair and replacement of spare parts including testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Replacement of spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Replacement of heating element AC 230 Volt of rating 1500W (circular/triangular) ISI mark as per existing any type, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair/replacement of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground less than 3.0m deep below normal ground level as earth electrode with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.25mtr below ground level using GI strip 32x6mm as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of welding, GI thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers all as directed including providing earth wire protection pipe GI light grade 40mm dia from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 20mm dia with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit and RCC pit cover with handle of angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm in PCC 1:3:6 adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt and kalmi shore all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil remaining surplus excavated material all as required at site and specified in EP No 3 of SSR part I 2009 or directed by Engineer-in-charge and incl testing on completion. Note :- (i) Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5 m long copper strip of size 32x6mm with protection pipe of 40mm dia GI light grade, any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order based on SSR rates enhanced by -24.0%(Minus) (ii) On testing after completion of earthing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost.
