Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of blockage between manholes to manhole lines of various size & at any depth for sewage by means ( rodding, manually or any other sources) including removing rugs of any type dirt etc complete all as specified.

M&L cleaning of blockage of WC Indian or European type by removing of all the mud/sludge and getting out including cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe upto First manhole and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 meters from the WC and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L cleaning the blockage of bathroom/kitchen by cleaning the nahni traps/gulley traps of all the mud/sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly grating of tarp, CI waste pipes by opening the clearing eyes and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 meters from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines 150mm/200mm internal dia upto 1.50mtr including manholes by removing the manhole covers of any type/size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine as required at site from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes deposited in sewer line removing the solids and sludge to any distance and reinstating the manholes cover to its original position as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: -(i) Earth and excavation included in quoted rates. (ii) Cleaning of Existing sewage pipe lines/manholes by suitable suction pump loaded vehicles/trailers available in the market and dispose effluent out side the defence land. The rate for the same shall be included in the quoted rates.

Bailing out sludge from manholes of any size manually or with the help of pump as per site condition and disposal of sludge, solids foul material obtained to any distance exc 500 mtr in low lying area, including removing and refixing manhole covers and flushing with adequate water the depth of manhole not exc 1.0 m all as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
