M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two coat, first coat with 10mm thick in cement plasterr 1:6, finished fair and even and second coat with 5 mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, on wall surfaces, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. (WPC Shall be measured & paid seperately)

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall surfaces, in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on concrete surfaces on ceiling in cement mortar 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using mechanised Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr, the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology having capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer mentioned in Appendix 'B' of Particular Specifications, accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface over and incl one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.9 ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats after applying waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sqm of average thickness 1 mm, of approved makes over the plastered wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and. Sanding of the putty surface with Wall Sander machine (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps of putty application, complete all as specified and directed.

Step 1: Mix the putty powder by adding 40-50% water and mix it with approved Putty Mixer (Putty mixer with min 1400 W power having mixer rod of industrial steel grade 45 with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute)Step 2: Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application of mechanised Spray Machine with max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041" Step 3: Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface

M&Lfor applying three coat of white wash on ceiling including preparation of new plaster surface, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces of walls and applying two coat of white wash , complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for treatment of sunken floor slab comprising of the following specifications with and including demolition of sunken floors complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of \RCC slab surface (incl vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. Providing 40 mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope incl cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout. (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with and incl integral water proofing compound Sika Plastocreat plus or from equivalent make Fosroc/Thermax as approved by GE @ 0.2% by weight of cement consumed or as per manufacturer's instruction including filling it with water to check dampness and seepage and where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI/PVC pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty Sika guard 694 F(I) or from equivalent make Fosroc/Thermax as approved by GE (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean

(v) Applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating with Sika Topseal 107 or equivalent make from Fosroc/Thremax as approved by GE over base coat as per manufacturer's instruction to bottom and vertical sides upto finished floor level +100 mm height. The thickness of two layers shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vetical and bottom surface of the sunken portion. (vi) Plaster the bottom surface and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with and incl integral water proofing compound Sika Plastocreat plus or from equivalent make Fosroc/Thermax as approved by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification incl rounding of corners and injuctions sloping towards spout. (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint. (viii) The sunken floor shall be filled with lean concrete 1:7:12.Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for atleast 72 hours and tested for leakage/seepage and to the entire satisfaction to GE. Test record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing and all M&L is included in the rates quoted above.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound of approved make, ISI marked.

S&F 50 mm bore pipe medium grade galvanised iron water tube with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to wall for spout etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting holes into or through brick walls n.exc 150 sq cm built in mud mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in in surface channel and drains, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forming moulds etc.

Supply & providing 35mm thick precast cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate louvres and jallies, set in CM (1:4) (measured solid) including all mouldings and frame,complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling loose/disintegrated portion of RCC Chajjas, bands,shelves, beams,coloumn or slab and similar work including support if required and stitching of cracks with MS U clamps of 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c with inserting concrate block strecthner with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with adhesive chemical (polymer based) and reinforced with PVC chicken mash including form work where ever required and finished with 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4, finished even & smooth without using extra cement incliding preparation of surfaces to receive finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick/concrete tiles any size etc incl existing roof treatment, complete, all as directed .

Demolition of mud or bricks in roofs, any thicknees and in any position and leaping over roof terrace, removing the demolished material to a distance exc 250 m but not exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a lavel not exc 1.5 m above starting point ,complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, coving, roof padding, padding in sunken slab, as directing mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction. (WPC shall be measured separately under respective item)

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP modified bituminous membrane 3mm thick consisting of the following for RCC roof:- (a) Cleaning plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of Oxidised bitumen based solvented primer @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm of approved make on top of dry surface of RCC roof complete all as specified and directed. (b) M&L for APP modified polymeric waterproofing membrane not less than 3mm thick, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 Gm/Sqm) and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white mineral gravel finish, uniformly embedded during manufacturing process, shall only be used. It shall be laid by torch application with side overlao of 75mm and end lap of 100mm . All overlap and joints shall also be sealed by torch application. For parapets, membrane shall be taken to a height of min 60cm and then inserted inside the parapet in a groove. The same shall be finished by a membrane flashing, complete all as per manufacture instructions and as directed by EIC.

M &L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/roof over and including 20 mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:4, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for providing two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating of approved make from paint manufacturer specified in PS , having 80 % elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hydrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing, Sprinkle sand at 10-15 gram per sqft for better grip with plaster, complete all as per manufacturing instruction and directed by Engr-In Charge.

Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having excellent protection against UV, Alkali & Fungal resistance, exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. of approved colour approved make with low VOC less than 50, Anti Alkali & fungal properties in two coats applied with fully automatic airless spray machine which shall be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer as mentioned in Particular Specifications and accessories having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.
