Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains ,in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoil within a lead of 75 metre as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.

(a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.50 metre.

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75m.

In ground floor including roof (a) upto 150 mm. thick

Hire charges of moveable crane (capacity 10MT) including operator, helper, fuel, lubricants etc. for loading/ unloading/ placing of various materials / accessories of water supply works as per direction of E.I.C.(For 8 Hrs of working per day)

Supplying & fabricating of different diameter M.S. Pipes as per specification (IS 3589:2001) and direction of E.I.C.

i) 610 mm dia (OD) M.S. Pipe of 12.5 mm thick

ii) 508 mm dia (OD) M.S. Pipe of 12 mm thick

Supply and delivery of MS Machine End to be delivered at site inclusive of all duties, taxes, charges and cost of transportation, loading & unloading and stacking all complete and lifting at destination point all complete as per the direction of EIC.

i) 600 mm dia

Cutting to requisite length or shape departmental R.S. joists, channels, angles, tees, plates etc. (Payment to be made on area of cut surface)

Welding in M.S. structural work with gas or electric: (a) Continuous weld.

Filling the pipe line with water, testing hydraulically as per I.S 3114-1965 (Article-6) in section of a length not exceeding 500mtr. for head of pressure as per specification including supplying installing and fixing all equipments such as diesel pump set, blank flange, pressure gauge, valve, pressure pump and all other tools and plants including drilling topping and plugging of necessary holes to pipes, blocking ends providing temporary thrust block and subsequent blocking of holes and other jointing materials and dismantling and removal of the same including disposal of water etc. all complete as per specification and direction of EIC. The rate is inclusive of cost of requisite water to be arranged by the contractor (Recovery rate of water @ Rs.10.00/m3, if contractor used water from deptt. source). A) For CI/DI pipe

Cleaning thoroughly the inner surface of pipe line including specials and valves by flushing with water and subsequently disinfection of the same pipe line by flushing again with water containing bleaching powder resulting in residual chlorine not less than 15mg/ltrs. after 24hrs. of such filling including laboratory testing of water samples obtain from the disinfested pipe line and disposal of water from the pipe line after completion of the work. The rates including of cost of requisite water to be arranged by the contractor) (The rate of water @Rs. 10/m3 may be recovered, if the contractor used water from deptt. source). A) For CI/DI pipe

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 mtr. using approved stoutprops and thick hard wood planks of approve thickness with required barching for concrete slab, beams, columns, lintels, curved or straight including fitting, fixing & striking out after completion of works (Upto roof of ground floor)

a)Steel shuttering of 9 to12mm thick approved quality ply board shuttering in any concrete work

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. (a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m. i) Tor steel/Mild Steel I. SAIL/ TATA/RINL

Distance from Ex-outlet to work site 10 km

Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 3:1.5:1) with graded stone chips (20mm down) excluding shuttering and reinforcement. If any, in ground floor, as per IS 456-2000. [Carriage distance considerd 39 KM from Baruipur Stackyard]

a) Pakur Variety

Filling in foundation or plinth by Silver Sand in layers not exceeding 150mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand.

Dewatering from the excavated trenches for repairing any type of pipe line including Hire Charge of pump / carriage / Fuel & lubricant / Operator etc. for big dia pipes more, than 200 mrn dia all complete as per direction of EIC.

Add GST @ 18% on all item except item no. 3,4 & 5

Add CESS @ 1% on all items (except item no. 3,4 & 5) including GST
