Supply of 3.5 x 35 sq.mm XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed armoured Aluminium power cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS : 7098 (Part-I) 1988 with upto date ammendement as req.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade upto 35 sq. mm size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade upto 35 sq. mm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/HDPE Pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade upto 35 sq. mm size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3½ X 35 sq. mm (32 mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 grade as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of CPRI tested, fully autonomous Early Streamer Emission Lightning Conductor (ESELC) having Δt (gain in triggering time) of minimum 60 µs and radius of protection 60 meters in level - 1 protection zone, at 10 meter mast (2 meter FRP mast (OD 68 mm, ID 60 mm, wall thickness 4 mm and 8 meter length G.I. pipe of suitable size and also provide guying wire, clamp and with all accessories to protect lightning arrestor completed etc as required.

Providing & creating of earth pits using CPRI tested advanced chemical earth rod (ISOROD) made of three nos of copper tubes of 3 inch dia, 8 feet long, 0.12 inch thick interconnected by copper strips of 25mm X 3mm size installed vertically or horizontally as per the site conditions complete with flanges, bends and top cover dully backfilled with ISOGEL earth enhancing compound of 20kgs. along with heavy duty plastic inspection chamber including excavation & refilling etc complete as required.

Supply and laying of 70 sq. mm copper flexible wire for down conductor including all accessories from air terminal to the earth pit complete as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2 KVA, single phase UPS system with input voltage 150 - 280 volt and out put 230 volt + 1%, 50 Hz + 5 Hz., voltage regulation from no load to full load will be within + 1% in both the case. UPS will withstand 10% oveload for 10 minutes and 50 % over load for 10 seconds. The UPS should have auto and manual baypass arrangments. The UPS should provided to withstand 15 minutes battery backup on full load with suitable rating sealed maintenance free battery i/c interlinks complete etc. as required.

Earthing with G. I. pipe 4.5 m long x 40 mm dia. (Drilling of 300 mm dia, 4.5 Mtr deep by using Borewell machine) including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. including charcoal or coke and salt complete as required.
