Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required line, grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 1603.1, 1603.2 and sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un-serviceable material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all un-useful surplus material to required width of the road or to approved dumping sites by Engineer-in-Charge through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machinery, material, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. A recovery of useful stone for 64.38 cum (Sixty four point thirty eight) cubic metre @ Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic metre shall be effected on pro-rata basis in each running bill from this item. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls,breast walls,culverts,drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rocks,chiseling /wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water(surface and sub soil water) upto all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate) 40mm ( forty milimetre) nominal size in foundation and plinth of Toe wall & catch pit and edge wall complete as per drawing & technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced cement concrete in open foundation, flooring in catch pits and abutment complete of plain/reinforced concrete M-20 ( M-twenty) 20mm(Twenty millimeter) nominal size agreegate in or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time laying under water complete for alll heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying M-25 graded concrete mechanically mixing and vibrating with mechanical equipment and curing complete including cost of form work for reinforced concrete of various structure element of culvert in Foundation Footings, basis of column and slab etc mass concrete in all leads and lifts in per MORD drawings and technical specification Section 800, 900 & 1200 including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying and fitting and placing HYSD bars reinforcement in super structure/sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1002,1010 and 1202 including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated M-10 (M-ten) cement concrete for plain cement concrete 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size agreegate in open foundation, catch pit, Toe walls, drain of all type of structure complete in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling granular crushed aggregate as per specifications to a thickness of not less than 600mm (Six hundred millimetres) with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the entire surface behind abutment wing wall, retaining wall return wall to the full height compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1204.3.8 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete mechanical mix and vibrated in open foundation, retaining walls, wing walls and edge wall etcetera like structures complete as per drawings nominal mix 1:5:10 (One cement : five sand : Ten crushed graded stone aggregate) 40mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size including cost of form work and curing complete as per HPPWD specification complete in all respect including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying single layer of 900mm dia (Nine hundred millimeters internal diameter) reinforced concrete pipe NP-2 for culverts on 1st class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (One cement : two sand) but excluding excavation protection, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets clause 1108 (to level or slopes) and jointing reinforced concrete light duty non pressure pipe of I.S. Class NP-2 with collars butt ends prepared for collars joints including testing of joints complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / Stone masonry / plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls and the like with 110mm ( One hundred millimetre) dia PVC pipe Finolex/ Supreme having pressure not less than 4.00 Kg/Cm² ( four kilogramm ) per centimetre square extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V):20(H) ( one vertical : twenty horizontal ) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etcetra with earth or quarry soil etcetra and re-rolling the sub-grade complete as per HP.PWD specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site upto all leads and lifts and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 for Grading-I materials as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer(pug mill) carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers in sub bases/ base course on a well prepared sub base and compacting with soil compactor of desired capacity to achive the desired denisity including lighting barricading and maintenance of diversion etcetra as per table 400.11 &400.12 and technical specification clause 406 by mechanical means including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying priming coat with bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 to 1.00kg/sqm (Zero point seventy to one kilogram per square metre ) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg to 0.30 Kg per sqm (Zero point two five kilogram to zero point three zero kilogram per square metre) on prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty millimeters) thickness compected thickness composed of type-A 13.2mm to 5.6mm (Thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimeters) aggregates at the rate of 0.27 cum (Zero poimnt two seven cubic metre) mixed with using VG-30 at the rate of 14.6kg (Fourteen point six kilogram) mixed with crushed stone aggregate at the rate of 0.27 cub ( zero decimal two seven cubic metre ) per ten square metre to required line,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in a suitable plant, laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static capacity road roller finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat as per technical specification clause 508 including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 using VG-30 paving bitumen at the rate of 6.8 kg (six point eight kilogram) premix with 0.06 cum (Zero point zero six cubic metre) of fine aggregate per 10sqm (Per ten square metre) heated in mini hot mix plant and laying mechanically of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 8-10 (Eight to ten) capacity as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
